“This is our second time using Window To the Womb after a miscarriage after our first pregnancy. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”

“Went for lunch here with my sister, would highly recommend. We had the scallops, king prawns, steak tartare and beetroot to start and all the dishes were well presented and packed with flavour. We then shared a ribeye with the gravy, cauliflower cheese and cabbage. We paired our food with dirty martinis and spicy mango margaritas. Absolutely flawless food and incredible drinks, we couldn’t fault it. We were looked after by the lovely Dan, who had the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing. We felt really well looked after and was able to sit back, chat and relax. Thank you to Dan for ensuring we had the perfect meal. Shopped here a few times the dealt with the manager on many occasions who is a legend in his own right, he's not from round here, but he's finding his way. The young girl with glasses proper makes me howl babe. And the deputy manager is extremely professional and certainly knowledgeable in her role, good looking too. Peace and love to all”

“We had such a great time at COSMO Liverpool! There are so many options to choose from — Asian dishes, Indian curries, sushi, pizza, roast meats, and loads of desserts. Honestly, everything I tasted was really good and full of flavour. What I also loved was the ambiance. The place feels modern, lively, and comfortable — perfect for going with friends or family. The staff were friendly esp. Kris and helpful too, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy variety and want to try a bit of everything in one place!”

As with previous reviews we found Julien to be very helpful on our first visit, he suggested things that we had not thought about, he is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, nothing was too much trouble, he was always at the other end of the phone or he would call around at the drop of a hat. Julien was also very helpful in recommending contractors for appliance's, flooring and lighting, providing contact details. “I attended one of Jo’s lovely upholstery workshops and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jos a great tutor , very patient and skilled. Really learned a lot and so pleased with my little footstool. It was great to share the day with some lovely ladies too and all the cakes we could eat !”

“We are so pleased with our bespoke kitchen from Clarendons. We initially tried a couple of other places for quotes and ideas but they just weren't right for us, having used Oliver years ago for some bedroom furniture we knew he was good but wrongly thought he'd be out of our price range now but his prices came out really competitive. Oliver is extremely thorough and gave us several ideas to improve the overall design (but was never pushy) his team work professionally and efficiently. And the communication throughout was fantastic (from completing a whole renovation something that is rare!) Highly recommend!”

“Cannot praise Casa Carlos enough. Right from being greeted by the lovely Sophia the atmosphere was second to none. Feeling relaxing, comfortable and at home it took me back to my many times abroad visiting tapas bars certainly could have been anywhere but Wigan Town centre. We were offered drinks then later ordered our food at no time did we feel rushed and our personal requests were taken into consideration with no fuss. Oh my days the food was delicious and presented so well and good portions compliments to Callum the chef perfection on a plate! Deserts were delicious almost too nice to eat as they were presented so well. As we wrapped up our dining experience we all agreed we would definately be returning . “Went on a Sunday and it was very busy, good job we had booked a table for 5. We had black pudding, nachos and pork belly, followed by 4 roasts and 1 pie. 3 of us had to force ( we were already full) on of the best crème brûlée ever. We will be back”

We were so impressed with the level of customer service that we returned and added a mattress to our order. We will definitely return to this store the next time we are shopping for a bed.”

“I'm absolutely delighted with my new carpets, the quality is fantastic and true to the samples that were brought out. Tom was very kind and considerate and listened to my needs. The three lads that came to fit the carpets wouldn't allow me to move any of the furniture and took my condition into account at all times, it was a pleasure to have them in my home.”

“I looked for new bedroom chests of drawers to match my wardrobes for over a year, but I couldn’t find any as well made as mine, which, being 25 years old were a bit battered! So I decided to have the 3 chests refurbished In Pilgrims Progress. Selwyn did a fantastic job, the chests of drawers look brand new and will certainly last another 25years. Thank you Selwyn, the price was very reasonable and much, much less than buying new chests of inferior quality.”

“I received a warm welcome as I popped in to the ship inn today. A very kind gentleman closely resembling Harry Hill even showed me to a fabulous upstairs seating area. This was perfect for a warm summers day as the breeze through the bifolds was most welcome. The food came promptly and was home cooked. On Mondays it’s even half price! A surprise find as I don’t often cross over the river. The Ship Inn is situated on the river Dee bridge. On this occasion I was walking but suspect there’s a small car park opposite. The ground floor is accessible and has a loo situated here for those with mobility or creaky knees you should be fine. Nice beer lovely food and very welcoming staff I highly recommend and won’t leave it so long to cross the river next time!”

“First time in peaky blinders today,it’s good to see that there are still barbers out there that do actually listen to what you want done with you hair. The lady was very charming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this barbers and will certainly be calling in again . The shops very interesting and was made to feel very welcome !”

“Table of 5 for a 70th birthday. Arrived to a lovely welcome and no waiting round, ordered drinks whilst deciding on food. Mixture of starters can highly recommend the Tandoori Lamb chops which were unreal. Mains we had a mixture with rices (onion rice is so good) and Nana's. Kids had the Tandoori Chicken Sizzler. Food was so tasty and hot. The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Stopped and took time to have a chat with us. At the end of our meal after we asked for our bill they brought out a cake with a sparkler on for my Mum which was a complete surprise and not expected at all. They sang Happy birthday to her. This really made her night. ,(It's little things like this that really make this place special) The bill was worth every penny for what we ordered and the service we received. Thank you.”
