Frankie was amazing – she didn't really need anything from us and setup by herself while we were franticly getting decorations up and food sorted. She came as a racing car driver and kept all the kids' attention - even the older ones! They loved the treasure hunt and tattoos, and all gave her a huge hug at the end. Thanks for helping to make my son's 4th birthday really special.”

Downsides were there aren't enough hooks for towels in the bathroom and the street just outside the hotel entrance has a few homeless tents”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”

“The hotel is in a quiet area with a mall with many stores. The rooms were very clean, the double bed/ the mattres is very comfy, not too soft or too hard. The bath is clean and beautiful. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.”

“What a marvelous hostel! I had the best time here. It has a great atmosphere with a really friendly group of travelers, and the price is right! Just FYI, this is DEFINITELY a party hostel, and they go very hard here! If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vibe, you are going to want to keep looking. But if you’re looking for some great parties with even better people, Urbany is it!”

“We stayed in a family suite, the accommodations were lovely - obviously well-used with e.g. scratches on the floor, but clearly also well taken care of - immaculately clean and tidy. Housekeeping were very thorough on their daily visits. Noise isolation wasn't perfect, but...it's London, what do you expect! Front desk/room service/other staff were always professional and very helpful.”

“I called london plumbing pros on Sunday afternoon about my central heating. By monday morning my central heating was fixed! Ive had so many people come out to look at my heaters but london plumbing prod were the only ones who diagnosed and fixed the issue literally in a few mins. Communication was perfect and service was A1. Prices are so reasonable and you can tell they genuinely care about offering the best service to their customersm would certainly recommend london plumbing pros for any plumbing and heating issues.”

“My girlfriend and I decided to get tattoos while on vacation. Stopped in the Crystal Palace location and was greeted immediately. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our Artists Eddy did a great job. He listened to what we wanted and when we came back to our appointment had great options for us to choose from. The design for my tattoo had much more detail than the initial draft. When he began to run over the time he quoted he told me I would not be charged extra. As time continued to pass he did not rush. Towards the end he even added in a few more small details and finishing touches to make it better. Through everything he was nice and very easy to talk to. His attention to detail and dedication to his art and clients is top notch. In the end I got much more than I paid for and left with amazing art. Definitely would recommend this shop if you are in the area and looking for great work in a comfortable atmosphere.”

“We have walked past here a few times and thought this place looks good. Tonight, we finally ate here. Come here hungry. I read the reviews, and everyone said, get the set menu. GET THE SET MENU! You can't go wrong with this. It has a bit of everything, and you will leave here very full. The house red wine is also very good, fruity and full-bodied. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They even said you would not need to order extra dishes with the set menu, and I am glad I did not.”

“Just amazing. Stopped by for breakfast coming from Bexley including a "small" English which was a good plateful by any standards, and the Tuna Priest Club was absolutely divine - the three big layers is a meal in itself and will keep you going all day. Great quality food for an absolute steal anywhere let alone the leafy south east London enclave of Hither Green. A refreshing change to too many places that take pleasure in charging you over the odds for average food. Staff are all pleasant and super efficient. Do have a stop off if you are ever passing through the area, it's also definitely worth coming out your way from anywhere surrounding, Manor Park is a lovely little oasis.”

A special thank you to our host, Jasmine, who was absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and fantastic with the children. She made the whole experience stress-free and fun for everyone. “Great family friendly atmosphere and we really enjoyed the experience love the football pitch Great fun! The zip line bit expensive 3 host for £12 if you have several kids but nevertheless kids had a wonderful time. Would love to see a more baby friendly area from the soft play with accessibility for people with disabilities. The food and drink where great quality we enjoyed the mac and cheese bites and chicken tenders yum yum!”

“Fantastic museum in Covent Gardens,all the years and all the time I've spent in Covent Garden I didn't realize it was there. Loads to see and if you have half a day to spare you could do a lot worse than spend your time here,where there is something for all the family and also there are great facilities here, including refreshmentsand somewhere to eat and a fabulous shop to buy souvenirs. If you haven't visited before I highly recommend it”

It’s a wonderful environment always filled with happy faces and the space is perfect for children to ‘network’ & build a number of skills, including social, communication, logical, physical and imagination! Equipped with loos as well as feeding & changing stations, it’s a no brainer! This place is perfect to visit multiple times and let the little ones blow off some steam!! Highly recommend!”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”
