“Amazing Stay! Definitely will be back again! Stayed for my partners birthday and the service was great, we were given a special treat in the room and a birthday card! The Ops Manager, Tibo, was exceptional! The care and thought put into the service provided will not be forgotten. From calling me prior to confirm my partners likes and interests, to welcoming us with a warm smile and asking about our long journey from Manchester. As well as giving us complimentary drinks at the bar! It was a very special stay! Thank you to the entire team who were so delightful! (We stayed as Accor Staff, free bonus break)”

“This hotel was amazing! The staff is SO kind, they do complimentary wine and cheese 5-8pm on Tues and Sat, and it's down an alley so it's absurdly quiet to be in the heart of the West End. Their bath towels are HUGE (which is a plus for me) and the rooms are clean and well appointed. It's surrounded by so many restaurant and shopping and entertainment options including the Aldelphi and Vaudeville theaters. For a super unique cocktail bar check out Mr. Fogg's around the corner. I would 100% come back and stay at any Z Hotel property.”

    Kula London - Holborn

    ★★★★☆ 4.6
    Open

“We stayed at Kula Holborn, flat No 5, for about a week, and we highly recommend it! The apartment is very spacious for a couple, quiet, and centrally located near the Holborn station. Advantages: Elegantly designed, equipped with everything you need, a combined washer and dryer, a spacious and convenient kitchen, well-lit and modern. The exceptional service of the Kula team deserves mention. Quick, considerate, and friendly digital responses. Well done, team! Disadvantages: There are almost none, but it should be noted that the mattress is very comfortable but relatively soft, not suitable for those who prefer firm mattresses. Additionally, the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so it may not be suitable for elderly people in our opinion. Other than that, we are sure we will return!”

“Lovely hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated hotel, rooms we immaculately clean. We stayed in a music theme room on the 5th floor. It was lovely and quiet, room was spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic nights sleep. I loved the little duck in the bathroom made me smile! And the extras in the fridge were a nice touch and greatly appreciated after a busy day! We would definitely stay again. Location is incredible so convenient for the tube, the museum and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t get food in the hotel before 6pm which we needed to do as we were heading out early and we arrived back at the hotel after 12 hoping for a little nightcap but even on a Friday night we were told bar was closed and the concierge couldn’t recommend anywhere in the area where we could go! Which was a bit of a disappointment. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay! Our only regret is not booking breakfast or afternoon tea in the drawing room! It looked stunning! Had we more time there we would have. But I’m sure we will be back! Overall very comfortable pleasant stay on top location!”

“We had an excellent weekend stay at the Canopy. On arrival we received a very friendly, welcoming and efficient check-in service from Connor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Due to a train delay, we arrived much later than planned, so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was delicious and, again, the service friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Not a huge selection, but still enough to choose from, and good quality. Our only issue was that the pillows in our room were too plump for our liking, but the staff promptly changed them for us. Throughout our stay, the staff were excellent. We would certainly stay here again.”

We had a champagne Reception and canapés that were absolutely amazing. Beautiful variety and taste wash lush. We then had a three course meal booked. In-between those meals were were spoiled with additonal treats also made by Chef Andrew and his team! Food was exsquisite from the starter right to the desert. The service from Chef Andrew who even checked in to make sure all was ok was really professional. We all felt special. I would highly recommend using this hotel for their food services. Also Peter from the executive lounge was such a kind and warming staff member. He gave us some drinks even though it was already late. He always made sure we were okay. Actually i’m very satisfied about all of the staff. They were all so friendly. The rooms were amazing! And the beds…. Wow, i didn’t want to get out. Haha. The food quality in general could be better, but your hear no complaints from me. Im happy. Compared to a lot of other hotels where you pay exactly the same this hotel is just very very good!”

“A great hotel in a great location. Literally steps to Trafalgar Square and Charing cross tube station. Plenty of pubs nearby for classic pub food and a beer. The hotel itself is totally original- Scotland Yard Police station converted to a hotel, complete with memorabilia on the walls . Good size rooms which was very comfy. Great staff, very friendly. Cocktail lounge was classy - good cocktails and live music on Friday/ Saturday. There are cookie cutter hotels which are all pretty average- then there is this amazing boutique hotel in a historic building . No contest. I know where I am staying when I am next in London.”

“The staff, the breakfast and the service are the stars of this hotel. First of all, all staff is very experienced, very very guest oriented, and fun to talk to. From reception to the breakfast or dining staff. Complimentary bottled water (every time you come back to the hotel) is not common. The hotel has a very nice pub which feels like an oasis when you arrive per car or come back from the city. The breakfast was really excellent and I would rate it better than 4 star even, definitely not a 3 star as its category. Big thanks to Betty ("the 360 degrees manager"), the very nice and helping girl at reception (forgot to ask for her name :() and the boys at the pub. Every staff makes their positive impact at this hotel. This hotel fully understands the service and guest oriented concepts and leave a personal touch with the guests. You can definitely observe and feel that! Would love to come back. Also, I have read similar reviews to mine (guests that took their time and wrote more than just 3 words) and that is what made me book this hotel in the first place. Well done Fox & Goose!”

There is a nice selection of coffees as well as a small selection of baked goods and sandwiches. The cappuccinos that I had during my stay were delicious! The best part of the experience were the staff. Alex and Tetiana were outstanding! Their commitment to excellence and professionalism were amazing. They were personable, helpful and just very nice people. They were the main reason that my group kept coming back. The level of service was top shelf. When I return to London, I will definitely make a point to stop by Ella's Mia!”

“The Langley Hotel, set within a historic 18th-century mansion in Buckinghamshire, offers a luxurious countryside escape with a real sense of elegance. Positives: Stunning Setting: Nestled in beautiful parkland designed by Capability Brown, the grounds are peaceful and perfect for walks or a relaxing escape. Design & Rooms: The interiors are stylish, with a blend of period charm and modern luxury. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Spa & Wellness: The spa is a real highlight — state-of-the-art facilities, relaxing treatments, and a gorgeous indoor pool make it a destination in itself. Dining: The restaurant serves refined, seasonal dishes, and the bar is elegant with a good cocktail selection. Afternoon tea is also a treat. Service: Staff are attentive, professional, and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience. Negatives: Food Portions: While the quality is excellent, portions in the restaurant can feel on the smaller side. Location: The countryside setting is beautiful, but it’s slightly remote if you’re looking for nightlife or easy access to city attractions. Atmosphere: Some guests might find it a little too formal compared to more relaxed luxury retreats. Overall: The Langley is ideal for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or spa retreat. It delivers on luxury and atmosphere.”
