βMy app was not working so I went in store and was helped by Neel. He is the most helpful person I have ever encountered in any store! He was extremely pleasant and very happy to help. No wonder he is store manager, well deserved. Thank you Neel!β
βGood swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Gets understandably busy during school holidays so best to avoid those times! Plenty of changing cubicles, enough lockers and there are private showers and some hair dryers. Coffee shop has good selection of sandwiches and paninis which staff are happy to heat up. Some swimwear and accessories are available to purchase in the reception area. Plenty of parking.β
βWas an inpatient at the priory for 4 weeks. My experience was extremely positive. All staff are very friendly, caring and just want to help. The hospital is clean the rooms are comfy. The Therapists are all incredibly experienced and just approach you with such understanding. Really can not understate how much going to the Priory saved and changed my life. I continue to go once a week for an hourly therapy which again is well structured and thought out. Really amazing people and service.β
βSPMP offers a very professional service which continued even during lock down despite severe constraints. When necessary we have always been offered a f2f appointment. The ladies in reception at times deal with very difficult situations but do so with patience and diligence. Thank you.β
βI'm a new-ish gym goer and I go here for the gym, treadmill terrace, sometimes the sauna and have used the squash courts a couple of times. Such a great facility for the community. It feels like they care about making it a good space for everyone (they've made a bunch of improvements like updating the layout of the gym, new equipment, bigger soft play area). It feels pretty friendly and welcoming to me. Really rate this leisure centreβ
βYou can have help if your children has any disability including adhd and autism.β
βI recently had my car serviced at E One Garage in Shadwell, and it was a great experience! The team was professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They even topped up a few extras without any extra charge, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service β Iβll definitely be returning!β
βMy children have been at the John Roan since 2014, whilst we had difficult times in the past we have seen huge improvements over the last 3 years, behavior has improved greatly, we have a brilliant leadership team in place and a great team of teachers who have improved standards tremendously. My daughter (in year 12) is a high achiever, she had options to go to grammar school or other top secondary schools but she chose to stay at the John Roan to take A'levels we are really pleased with the improvements at the school and have seen positive results in not just the academic side of school but also pastoral care.β
βI cannot fault this practice; since I joined I have had nothing but excellent care from the admin team and clinicians. They have always strived to give same day care. I would also like to highlight someone I spoke to today called Emma. She was so pleasant and a fresh air to speak to and also extremely helpful!β
βIβve been coming here for an year now and to be very honest I love it! In terms of ambiance is fantastic, I see quiet a few regular faces at the time that I visit and the team is friendly and very supportive (they had to cut my locker twice due to me loosing the key during training) in terms of equipment is very well equipped and in great conditions.β
βI always have a positive experience at this pharmacy. The staff are welcoming, genuinely helpful, and great customer service. It highly recommend pharmacy to anyone in Rickmansworth.β
βGot great memories of coming to this place between 2010 - 2013... All the old staff were cool. Daniel Doyle (I think that is his last name), a lady called Simone (who was my dedicated trainer) and there was a black gentleman called Thomas (I think) but I could be wrong; he was actually a personal trainer but he gave me amazing free workout advice which I still incorporate to this day. I remember other staff faces but I dont remember their names! Wish them all the best wherever they are now. Crazy how time flies.β
βI did Boxing PT session with Nathan and it was so enjoyable. He's very good, skilled and I honestly progressed so much in a small amount of time. Thank you! Looking forward to more sessions soon!β
βI'm astonished by the negativity of some of these reviews. I have had two extremely good therapists here. The first had to leave after about 8 months for personal reasons (I think an illness in the family), and I am still in therapy with the second therapist who is highly skilled and experienced, as well as being compassionate and caring. WPF has a sliding scale of fees, which make it affordable for almost everyone, are located in the heart of London Bridge, and have a very good reputation. They are a training institute, but that is not a secret, and all those attending who left negative reviews would have been informed of that by WPF. It is hard for me not to conclude that the people leaving them were doing a bit of projecting...β
βMy 9.40am appointment was obtained at the 8.30 slot for booking an appointment. Though in queue it took only 5 mins to get my appointment. I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. Really pleased with the care offered also noting the friendliness of the receptionist.β
βI think I was extremely lucky to have such an amazing therapist. This therapist had really made an incredibly positive impact upon my life. I am so very thankful. The service I believe was very good, great communication and professional at all times. Forever thankful to my therapist, NHS and the staff that really do put a lot into their careers to help others. Thank you.β
βI attended the BETTER Classes, lead by Jackie who is a friendly approachable instructor. Also has years of experience so can guide you as needed. After a health issue I was losing confidence, but enjoyed the class and regained confidence in myself and what I can do to improve my health and lifestyle. Also others in the group were friendly, non judgmental, and fun.β
βRequested a prescription on Monday this week had text Tuesday to say issued just waiting to be signed off by a doctor. Collected from my nominated pharmacy on Thursday. Amazing service could not ask for more. I have been at this practice for over 30 years and have always found them professional, friendly and courteous. I use the NHS APP for my appointments and never have any problems. I have worked in retail for 46 years and speak to others as I would like to be spoken to myself. Manners cost nothing #be kindβ
βIβve had a great experience at Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre thanks to Calum. Heβs always friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to help everyone who comes in. Itβs clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing a positive experience for visitors. His positive attitude and attention to detail make a real difference β the centre always feels well-managed and welcoming when heβs on shift. βA heartfelt shout-out to the incredible Dr. Bajwala! Your exceptional listening skills and dedication truly stood out. Thank you for going above and beyond to help and support me. I am deeply grateful for your professionalism and care.β
βMy experience at this GP has been underwhelming and below expectations. However, Dr Aktar cared for my baby and me when we were unwell. I am grateful to her. She is exceptional. We need more people like her in the NHSβthose who are well-trained, understanding, patient, and caring. God bless her!β
βI do not usually leave reviews. I read some really negative comments below. I wanted to say this has not been our experience at all. Hollybank itβs self is a well maintained building that has just been updated. Itβs bright and cheerful. All efforts have been made with consideration all the childrenβs needs. I have only ever seen the place look very clean and tidy. They even pop my child clothes in the wash if get used during her stay. Which is very helpful and appreciated. All the staff I have found to be warm and friendly. With complete commitment to treating all the children with love and care. The staff are very special people that should be commended for all their hard work. The staff go above and beyond to make each individual child happy. For example when my daughter when stays they get all the food she likes make they buy her favourite food like strawberries. This attention to detail is very heartwarming and means a lot as a parent. I have bumped in to a hollybank member of staff she recognised me and we had a lovely chat about my daughter. In other reviews below Pat the manager has was brought up I have always found her great to go to if I need help or information regarding my child. There are many staff that all deserve a shout out but I am just going to mention Matthew as he got some negative feed back. I believe this is completely unjustified. Matthew is an amazing nurse. He looks after the children with true care and compassion, while being always be professional. I am truly glad someone like him is looking after my child. He is kind, caring and funny my daughter loves him. Although I think she can be a little bit naughty for him, he takes this all in his stride. Especially as he time to get to know her so well. Any time he needs to know or check something about My child he will call me. I personally like him very much and appreciate all his had work. Appreciate all the hollybank and staff. I wish I could show my gratitude to each and every member of staff, they make a huge difference in the lives of families with special needs children. I feel so fortunate to have my child being looked after by such wonderful people.β
