“Always so far been a good service and spot on with everything from start to finish. Generally sale goods that are well price matched with others to be one of the better places to get realistic value for money. Never found anything priced bumped for making money from unsuspecting customers. Lastly there is fairly easy navigation with the website. I do however personally slightly struggle with finding the subscription part of it easily when needing to amend delivery times but likely that's more a me issue with technology in general rather than a negative for viovets website. For clarification I have been using viovet now for at least 3 or 4 years regularly”

“Highly recommend Platinum Dog Walkers!! Shelly took the time to come and meet myself and Dobby before he started his walks. Dobby started with Platinum Dog Walkers when he was 5months old, he is now 10months and loves his walks with them. I found it difficult to find someone who take on a large breed but Platinum Dog Walkers are very accommodating! Ours days tend to vary and this is never problem! Shelly and Sam are great with Dobby! He can be a handful at times but Shelly and Sam are amazing with him!! Always get lots of lovely videos and pictures of what Dobby's walks! Can't recommend them enough!!”

The whole process was smooth and I wasn't pressured into a sale Adam was very thorough in terms of explaining how to keep & care for the snake & making sure it was right for me. Now I arrived 1 hour before closing time & Adam stayed after hours to build my vivarium and help with anything I possibly needed. Although I was in the market for a snake they have an abundance of other reptiles which are well looked after and it shows! “Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
