She is just amazing, polite, sweet, all the time with a smule on her face great behaviour and she even helped me out with the Boots card when most of her colleagues just ignored me because too lazy to help a customer with the activation of a card. I have no idea what Munishe’ s position work is but She deserves to be on top of the customer service. Im not even a fussy person just a customer who likes to receive a right behaviour and a helpful one. Thank you Munishe.”

While waiting for my appointment saw an elderly couple come in to buy some medicine and Ted who was serving them was absolutely incredible, came round from the till to help them put away the change and products and I was so impressed with how kind he was I had to write a review immediately so asked him his name. Both Felix and Ted are an example of what great customer service is.”
