“I loved this pub. The staff is very kindly and people who frequent this place are friendly.”
“Doesn’t look like much but best curry I’ve had. They are also super friendly in here. People just chat to you it’s really nice and such a change from the norm for me coming from central. Cheap as chips here for drinks too you get change from a tenner for two pints!”
“Beautiful place! Andres was absolutely amazing — so welcoming and a fantastic carer for the dogs! The dogs were not only adorable but also very well trained, making the experience even more enjoyable. The store itself was beautiful, spotless, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was truly the best experience I’ve had in London so far, and I can’t recommend it enough for any dog lover! PS amazing boutique”
“After a really good night here celebrating a friends 30th bday it was time for me to leave I couldn't find the cloakroom staff a long story short in a rush I ended up leaving my jacket it went missing but manager was very helpful and sorted me out thanks.”
“For pub type food this was excellent. Friendly staff, served efficiently (bar coffee at the end). Four of us, drinks, mains and puddings £75 after 25% gym discount - great value. Good car parking as well. Loved the big screens and table football to keep our grandson occupied. Think my wife’s comment on the way home summed it up ‘would go there again!’.”
“We love The Gazebo. I struggle to understand why it is always quiet. Great view of the Thames. Cosy eating and a great bar area. Going to book a table for 12 today. I hope they are still open.”
“Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”
“The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn in Barking. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very well prepared – exactly what you’d hope for to start the day right. A special mention to the waiters, Sain and Aaliyah, who gave excellent service throughout. They were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served perfectly. Their professionalism and friendliness really added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself was very clean, with great attention to detail in both serving and clearing tables, which created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for such a great breakfast experience – I’ll definitely be coming back!”
“This place is amazing for overall ambience, music, food and drinks menu. But what really stands out about this place is the excellent and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to be served right and anyone looking for a great time.”
“Brilliant staff excellent hotel manger checked us in, she is a credit to the company was very helpful and help us to find train station even printed of a map for us to get to our location in London”
“Booked a double room with private bathroom. Friendly staff and good service. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. Tv, fridge, cereals and milk for breakfast. Plenty of tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable.”
“Great night. Some sort of family party going on but everyone was able to jump in on the food! Woohoo. Lovely grub,”
“Here is the English translation: I came from Taiwan and stayed at a 2-person room on the 5th floor for 13 days at the end of November. At first, I saw many mixed reviews, but after staying here, I truly felt the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I had no bad experiences. There was no curtain beside the bed, but there were four outlets in the room, which was more than enough. The food sold on the first floor was affordable and tasty, and it’s also a good choice if you want to have a drink. If you need hot water, you can ask for it at the bar. The self-service breakfast costs £9.5 and is enough to make you full. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, although some locks were broken, but it didn’t affect usage. The heating starts at 8 p.m. and lasts until the morning; sometimes it starts earlier or ends earlier. I am still staying here now, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who come to London and don’t have very high requirements for accommodation.”
“What an iconic place that kept you engaged and SAFE the entire night. There are so many levels to explore, multiple rooms if you wanna change your dance mood, and the staff really encourages a safe and secure atmosphere where you felt you were free to just enjoy yourself. Only criticism is that is really hard to see the DJ in room 1.”
“Stayed 4 night's at the Premier Inn and had the pleasure of eating at the Beefeater all 4 night's, Good atmosphere, great Food and Drink all served by Great Staff.”
“I recently visited this fantastic bar and was thoroughly impressed. The cocktails were amazing, each crafted with precision and creativity. Great music. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, adding a personal touch to the experience. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant, perfect for a night out with friends. Best of all, it wasn’t pretentious at all—just a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Highly recommended!”
“Since staying at the queen I have been treated so well by everyone. After arriving late due to being left hanging by another hostel, they took me in at very early hours. All staff have been so effortlessly accommodating. Kyle especially has made my stay amazing, as a solo traveler, his constant chats and company has been refreshing!”
“When you go out to an expensive nightclub in place located right within the heart of London, specially located anywhere near Berkeley Square, you do not count your money. Quality experience is what counts. The aim of going into a nightclub such as Luxx is not to focus your energies into staff behavior but to seize every moment to enjoy the music, savor the drink, and live in the moment. Rather than justifying the amount paid to get into a club and focusing on negatives with the purpose of badmouthing later on, one should learn to be a little more tolerant. I only say this because nightclubing lifestyle is completely different from living in a day lifestyle where people have their sleeves down and are expected to do things right by following appropriate standards. Yes, it is also true that the crowed can get rowdy at times and the staff members have to deal with visitors nuisance yet they have to gather courage to carry on serving other visitors and to see the night through despite challenges. So, in short, I just want to say, relax, and have a good time.”
“An Unforgettable Evening of Classic Excellence My partner and I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at Steakhouse London Marco Pierre White, and it was an experience that perfectly blended timeless elegance with warm, impeccable service. We began our evening in the bar, settling into the sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere with a cocktail. The Scottish Whiskey and Cranberry Crush was the perfect start – a beautifully balanced mix of robust whisky and the sweet, sharp tang of cranberry. It was both refreshing and complex, setting the tone for the culinary delights to come. For starters, the Smoked Salmon was a masterpiece of simplicity. Incredibly delicate, with a subtle smoky flavour that melted on the tongue. It was clear only the finest quality produce was used. When it came to the main event, the Beef Bourguignon was nothing short of spectacular. This classic French dish was executed flawlessly. The beef was phenomenally tender, falling apart at the mere touch of a fork, and had absorbed the rich, deep, and wonderfully aromatic red wine sauce. Served alongside the creamiest, most buttery smooth potatoes I have ever tasted, it was a hearty and utterly sublime combination that is a true testament to the kitchen's skill. Somehow, we found room for dessert, and we were so glad we did. The Chocolate Mousse was light, airy, and intensely chocolaty, while the Sticky Toffee Pudding was pure indulgence – wonderfully moist, decadently sweet, and served with a luxurious sauce. A perfect end to a perfect meal. However, what truly elevated our night from a great meal to a memorable occasion was our server, Giovana. She was an absolute delight! Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing was impeccable, and her warm, engaging, and genuinely charming demeanour made us feel so welcome and cared for. She has a fantastic talent for hospitality that makes all the difference. Thank you to Giovana and the entire team at Marco Pierre White's Steakhouse. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will most certainly be returning.”
“I like the location, cleanliness, staff, and amenities they provide was helpful , there also share physical space, the main hotel which is private and a hostel base hotels offer private rooms while the rest of the hostels have shared sleeping area.”
“We came here just expecting a basic meal but the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was seriously amazing. I had a candle at our table, that I had purchased, and one of the staff actually offered to light it for me which was really sweet. So we had a nice candle lit meal and the waitress was brilliant and attentive, friendly and smiling, happy to assist. It was just brilliant.”
“recently had a night out at TEN London, and I have to say, it's one of the best nightlife experiences I've had in a while. The club has a fantastic atmosphere with stylish decor, comfortable seating, and excellent lighting that creates an unforgettable vibe. The music was fantastic, and the DJ kept the party going all night with a great mix of tunes that kept everyone on the dance floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout the night, from greeting me at the door to serving drinks and answering any questions I had. Overall, I had an incredible night at TEN London, and I'm already looking forward to going back. If you're looking for a high-end nightlife experience in London, I would highly recommend checking out TEN - it's definitely one of the best clubs in the city, with a great atmosphere, fantastic music, and excellent service that will make your night unforgettable.”
“One of the cheapest dorm that I've found, initially for 4 nights stay but i extended for almost a week! Why? first, it's affordable & cheap. second, I'm pretty satisfied with the basics provided in the hostel: decent room & toilets, dining area, cooking space and free simple breakfast!! third, staff are pretty kind. fourth, i felt safe & comfortable inside the room! the location is also pretty close to both New Cross Gate train station & Marquis of Granby bus stop, so yea it's pretty accessible with public transport. there's also small park nearby, and few halal places nearby. it looks pretty meh & somewhat eerie from the outside, but yeah overall the inside of the hostel - are all pretty decent. trust me. to girl travellers, do let them know you need a female dorm else you'll get the mixed dorm ? ps: good for budget traveller, price might be differ and bit higher during weekend/festive/holiday. but still considering the price + hv breakfast, i still consider it's affordable. pss: DO NOT EXPECT EXTRAVAGANT STUFF AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, it's a decent place to stay. will definitely come here again if I'll be looking for a pretty decent place in future!”
“Went to The Lion Inn, Boreham on our way to Heathrow. What a stunning venue. The team there are really friendly and warm and can’t do enough for you. Food was amazing. Manager was running about helping staff clear and serve tables, this says a lot when a manager is prepared to muck in with the team, she served us and nothing was too much trouble. Great start to our holiday. Will definitely visit again!”
