“Stepping into Turquoise in Cheadle is like being warmly hugged by a restaurant that knows its own character inside out. The décor isn’t trying to impress with chandeliers or glitter thankfully but instead wraps you in warmth with local artwork on the walls that feels like it’s been chosen by someone who actually likes art not someone who just Googled “restaurant paintings.” It’s inviting homely and gives you the sense that whether you’re bringing the family for a big feast or sneaking in for a romantic dinner for two you’re in the right place. Now the food. This is where Turquoise flexes its muscles. Take the full English. It’s not a plate of sadness and regret it’s a proper spread. The sausages aren’t your usual limp Richmonds. No these beauties taste like they’ve just been pinched from a farmer who still sings to his livestock. I don’t even like sausages usually but these have that magic balance meaty juicy and full of intent. And if you fancy they’ll happily swap one out for a Turkish sausage which adds a little drama to the plate like inviting a flamenco dancer to your breakfast table. Their Mediterranean and Turkish dishes carry the same ethos generous but never sloppy bold but never brash. You can tell nothing’s rushed here. It all tastes fresh like someone actually cared as they stirred the pot. The staff are relaxed happy and with that ease that says “We’d rather be here than anywhere else.” They don’t hover like suspicious pigeons nor do they vanish when you need them they’re just right. And the value. Well it’s excellent. Other places might leave you nursing the sting of buyer’s remorse but here you walk away content your wallet intact and your taste buds gently applauding. Turquoise doesn’t just feed you it reminds you that food cooked with love and pride makes everything better. And if you’re lucky the sausages might even wink at you on the way out”

“We are regular customers with Cheers and always get home delivery, we have had one bad experience with the food. As regular customers, we know what we enjoy, and one time it just wasn’t tasteful, chips were frozen and the food standard was very poor. We considered never ordering again, but Micheal has absolutely rectified any doubts we ever had about ordering again. He personally took time to ensure if we were to order again, the food would be to high standards. I just want to say, they have absolutely smashed it out of the park this time. Everything was so perfect, the food was delivered personally, HOT and FRESH! Our usual order was even better than the usual standards, everything had a little extra and we are so so happy that the Bistro is back to the high standards we enjoy so much. We had the pleasure of Ellie waiting on us, she was so attentive, friendly and chatty and a credit to the team who work there. Highly recommend”

“I came to La Turka with some friends on Monday evening, I ordered the tapas dish deal and it was delicious. However what impressed me the most was the service I received from my waitresses, in particular the young ginger girl who greeted us with a smile and was very attentive throughout, La Turka should be proud to have such a brilliant waitress. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere and staff were lovely.”

“Beautiful restaurant, all decorated fir valentines. We had 3 course set meal which was delicious. We ended up taking some of the sharing platter home as we just didn't have room. Staff were very welcoming and attentive so defo 10/10. X”

“We were looking for a breakfast in Denton, we found this little gem just opposite Lidl, oh what a great find it was! Smiling owner, very cosy and making you wanna go back! Very reasonably priced and menus sticking to your hands not because they were dirty but because they’re so nice to touch and browse! We’ll be definitely back for the roast and other menu items (pizza etc). Some music (Italian maybe?) would be nice.”

“This is an absolute treat! Instead of being in France due to industrial action, we sought to bring France to us and so glad we did. The food was high quality and in comfortable surroundings. Steak tartare as good as I have ever had (minus the egg yolk, because this in Britain!). A touch on the pricey side, but in this particular case, you do get what you pay for. Very good”

“First visit here and what a little gem we have found. Lovely relaxed ambience with friendly attentive staff.bookings come with a 2 HR slot which is more than enough for a lovely relaxing experience which doesn't feel rushed allowing time to chat and relax between courses. My husband had the soup of the day and I had pate( I asked for extra bruschetta) and it came with more than enough!! For main we both had the chicken roulade which was exquisite , followed by strawberry cheesecake for hubby and sticky toffee pudding for myself, this was on another level,with homemade custard and a thin crispy topping. Amazing experience, definitely be returning soon.”

“Incredible food, venue and service. Staff were very attentive and handled an unexpected fire alarm really well. The international menu is fantastic and caters for all tastes and preferences… theres a nice mix of traditional and more inspirational dishes. The food was also really well presented and tasted of quality. Ambient and tidy setting. Reasonably priced. I was only visiting the area but I would absolutely return again.”

“The food was the expected, standard affair. And as good as it was, it wasn't the standout part of our experience. The Service was beyond exemplary. We were served with a high level of friendliness and they were also kind enough to suggest things to elevate our food experience further. One example is asking about the type of bread we'd like in the Full English and another is if we'd like any additional flavouring in our Iced Lattes. This may seem obvious on the surface, but it's something that's regularly missing from the service at other breakfast establishments. It was a little pricey compared to other places, but that can be forgiven due to the friendly atmosphere, good food and exceptional service.”

“Lovely cafe,the place was mad busy there was a Christmas fayre on. The busy staff were still friendly. We ordered a roast beef dinner,chilli and rice and two teas. All lovely. The Christmas fayre seemed to be well attended too.”

“We had a meal here on Saturday night to celebrate Mothers Day with the in-laws. We cannot fault anything. Service was spot on, the food was incredible, and the drinks menu was great. I had the prawn salad to start and the lamb for main. All perfect. My wife is a vegetarian and was very pleased with everything on offer. I generally find beers in restaurants are very average on choice, and especially draught beer in restaurants to be flat, or not poured correctly, but I was in for a surprise. Not just the fact they had Neck Oil on the menu on draught, but it was a very good pint. If I had to give 6 stars I would. Very impressed.”

“What an addition to Stockport! I went for dinner with a friend last night and Winters didn’t disappoint. Everything about the evening was great. The building is lovely. The food was really tasty and was served very promptly and piping hot. The things that really stood out was how reasonably priced it was and the service which was impeccable. “After following how this place went above and beyond to survive since Covid, it was great to finally be there in person... The welcome is so warm, Mediterranean and done exactly beautifully right! The food - pictures speaks for themselves! The starter and dessert sharing boards are phenomenal. Fill of varieties and flavours. The pasta dishes were delicious and delivered a great intense flavour. Though, nothing beats the sharing of boards. The service was super attentive, friendly and welcoming. We loved it! Highly recommend this place !”
