“We bought a pair of Crocs online and they were the wrong size. We were visiting grandchildren in Nottingham so took them for exchange at JD Sports at Netherfield, Nottingham. A member of staff was working near the entrance. We were greeted with a smile and he asked if he could help. We explained and he said he had them in stock on the shop floor. He gave us the choice of several sizes and took us to the counter and explained a return and supply of replacement. The lady was quickly on to it in friendly fashion and we both said we should have come here in the first place. We went online for mobility issues. We were treated very well by both people. They are a credit to JD Sports.”

“I just wanted to share my thoughts....despite some concerning reviews, I kept open minded as everyone is entitled to an honest opinion on their experiences. I ordered over £500 stock via a video call. The call was swift, smooth and well organised. They have fantastic stock to suit most sellers. I'm a shop owner and my stock sells incredible well via online and in store. Yes delivery was a little longer than I really wanted as I had to wait for 7 to 10 days but I knew this from the get go. Vault make all the small print obvious as I see it all the time social media etc. I also purchase from their website as again there is clear and accurate descriptions on products. Running a business will always bring a risk but if you don't try you don't get. I like them and their stock!!”

“I was looking for pair of trainers, I have feet size 12, and it is always a problem to find shoes. But in this JD store the staff was super helpful they immediately offered to help me find the right pair and size. for me they checked all the pairs that I was interested in, (and it was about 25 pairs of trainers!) two assistants helped me at the same time, it was very nice and professional of them. I picked the perfect pair. and at the checkout another staff member helped me get an application for accumulating cashback for my purchase. I highly recommend this store! Special thanks to the guys who work there and helped me so much: Zaiga, Taylor and Pauline. They are the best! Im definitely coming back!”

This Argos location is castle marina Nottingham inside the Sainsbury's building. Here is you can see a lot of parking. I think max park here 3 hours parking.”

“I highly recommend the Asda Superstore in Grantham. Every visit is a pleasure; the store is consistently immaculately clean and tidy. They always seem to be well-stocked across all departments, from fresh produce to household essentials, meaning I rarely leave disappointed. A major plus is the ample parking; there are loads of parking spaces, making visits stress-free even during busy times. Plus, having the convenient filling station right there saves an extra trip! The real standout, however, is the friendly and incredibly helpful staff—they make the entire shopping trip efficient and pleasant. “I want to keep this short because I know people ignore 5 star reviews and aim more at the negatives (I know I did) I must say I had the best experience in store. I was anxious due to previous losses but the ladies were amazing, kind and understanding. There was no pressure to purchase and no upselling either. I spoke about a budget and was directed to the travel systems. I ordered the one I wanted and was told it could be more then 2 week delivery. I had regular phone calls to update me on the delays and although the negative comments state that items haven't arrived mine came sooner then expected. I loved the fact that I could test a massive range of travel systems with no pushy sales person and they also had a weighted baby which gave a realistic feel to the systems. Which helped me make my decision. Thank you for an amazing service”

“We had to go to the store having realised that we had been charged incorrectly for and item we bought at Meadowhall. Staff were excellent in sorting this and checking with the other store how the error had occurred. The manager then honoured the price that we should have paid even though it had been labelled incorrectly in Meadowhall. Really lovely girl serving us, I think her name was Hannah, and the manager was excellent (but I didn’t get his name). Great service all round.”

“Our son is moving school so we needed to get the full uniform. We went in February, so we were served quickly and shown a variety of options and styles. They didn't have a coat, but there was no drama, it was ordered and will be at the school within a few days. What made this a five star experience was the staff. We were served by a lovely lady with lovely eyebrows and she was friendly, chatty and informative about things we didn't know. Thanks for making our nervous son feel comfortable!”

Checked the back, very polite and even went with me to customer services to get me the correct advice.Lady on CS was also more than helpful with her advice about click and collect. I added an item to an order but sadly it was missing at delivery but after contacting they came straight back to me and it was sent straight out and I had it in a couple of days. I can't fault the communication, the products or with all this striking the delivery times are still good. Definitely worth the monies.”
