βHighly recommended, had two toenails removed here recently. Friendly and professional.β
βI spoke with a very lovely lady who was assertive, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.β
βOutstanding staff and security guard today 23/10/25 at 3pm! I have a serious concussion from Sunday gone (they thought I'd fractured my skull, serious) but I really needed washing stuff for the washing machine and I didn't have anyone to go for me as I'm newish to the area. I felt fine to drive and Asda is literally 5 minutes or less drive away. I was fine driving and fine when I parked up. When I got out of the car I felt really really dizzy but thought I'd just got up fast. I grabbed a trolley to lean on and as I hit the doors I realised this wasn't just vertigo and I needed to sit down before I passed out. I told the security guard who got me a chair instantly and called for first aid trained staff to come and help. The lovely staff asked me if I've eaten to which I said I'd actually forgotten to eat again today and asked me what sandwiches I eat and got me a bottle of water. I asked how much I owe and they said nothing. I explained I didn't want to steal (I'm neurodivergent and they were so kind with this too) and they informed me it's not stealing if they give it to me and then the security and the two staff members stayed with me for up to an hour (one had to leave near the hour mark but the other two were able to stay) one had actually clocked out at 3pm and stayed all the way til I was okay to get up. They even grabbed the two items for my washing machine for me and then paid with my phone and walked me to my car and had a chat at the car to make sure I was okay. It was such a lovely experience and made me feel so safe and included, especially with my conditions I'm often frowned upon, by people. I honestly couldn't ask for better staff members here and it's made me feel so at home because I had this bond with my old superstore Asda where I used to live 200 miles away for four years and was so sad and anxious to leave because it was always a safe space for me with my bad anxiety. But this Asda has proved that yet again, they hire some amazing staff members. (As everywhere you can't say that EVERYONE is amazing and I can't say I haven't had a bad experience over my assistance dog with a higher staff member a month ago, but it's nothing I've not had and sorted out before with their higher ups. This doesn't stop me using this Asda or commending those who deserve it.) Unfortunately I don't have the names of the staff but they see me regularly and know me and my lad but I wish there was a way to get them all a pay rise or something sorted from their head office for their help, understanding and their compassion while they waited and listened to me talk for an hour about stuff. If anyone knows how, please can you let me know (I know Asda employees can reply so maybe that way?)β

βNice staff. Will use again if needed.β
βExtremely helpful staff at Asda Opticians. I suffer with migraines associated with visual aura. They helped me on the spot and went out of the way to carry out an eye examination. This gave me so much relief and peace of mind that my eye health is fine and the visual aura is due to migraine and not due to any eye abnormality. They were super helpful and supportive. Wishing them all a happy Xmas and a happy new year.β
βBrilliant people, who try & turn up everyday to help us. I could not survive without this little chemist.β
βLoved working here! Great atmosphere manager is very nice and polite ! Staff were really helpful in my progression and learned alot from them 5 stars from me! Miss this placeβ
βThis was my last appointment with Lauren Turner and i can honestly say she has been absolutely amazing throughout, very kind and patient, an excellent physio , thankyou for all your good work.β
βWent in for a blood pressure check with Debbie. She very clearly explained both the procedure and the results and made me feel very at ease. No βwhite coat syndromeβ here! Overall a very positive experience.β
βHighly recommend. Such a lovely team of staff, nothing is ever a problem for them. They are caring, compassionate and friendly.β
βVery kind and very, very helpful. Would recommend them to everyoneβ
βI was very fortunate to have been looked after by the pharmacist when struggling with a UTI after hours. He saw me at 8:55pm just before the store closed and was able to check my symptoms and provide antibiotics quickly and with care. There was no rush and he was polite and explained everything despite it closing time. Thank you. It is near impossible to get hold of my GP so I am very grateful for the pharmacy first service and Medina's extended hours, both helping me get sorted a lot quicker than if trying the GPβ
βReally grateful for the staff here the other day. Iβd be extremely ill and the drs has siad βrest upβ but they re assessed me, did a mini consultation and gave me antibiotics and within two days felt alot better - thanks for the care and serviceβ
βIβm not sure the names of the staff who were on today at the pharmacy (22/11/24) at 11ish AM. I just need to say a huge thank you to all of you who were on, and went above and beyond to ensure my 9 month old got the medicine she desperately needed. You didnβt have it in due to manufacturing issues but you could see she wasnβt well, that I was stressed, and you rang around to multiple pharmacies and then even gave me directions to the store that had the medicine in stock. Honestly, I canβt thank you enough, you made an already very stressful morning, slightly less so. I hope management recognise how hard working you all are, and definitely deserve some recognition for that.β
βi love that bingham finally has a proper, modern leisure centre. i mainly use the pool and it's always clean and a decent temperature. the whole place feels new and bright, which makes a big difference compared to some of the older gyms around. the gym floor seems well-stocked with equipment, and the changing rooms are kept very tidy. my only gripe is that it can get genuinely rammed after 5 pm on weekdays and the weekends are often chaos, especially with the swimming lessons. you definitely need to book your session in advance, but if you go off-peak, itβs brilliant. weβre lucky to have this facility in bingham!β
βI want to firstly say thank you to every staff me right from doctors, nurse and HCA and everyone last night and this morning. They were so good and hard working can't fault anyone. Sharon Fernandesβ
βI went in to discuss the best medication for a typical winter ailment. The lady who attended to me was very thorough, asked lots of questions and then suggested suitable medication. A very professional service with strong customer focus.β
βAaran the security guard is just amazing. We need a specific hoodie for our son to wear to school the next day for world mental health day and we called the store at 9pm since we live 1.5 hours away and explained the situation to him. He went out of his way to check with his collegues and found the last one in stock for us aside which we then collected. Heβs a true asset to Asda.β
βBack to school at Asda never fails to dissapoint. They are always very well stocked and you can find whatever you want. Everything is usually high quality, and will last quite long. The sizes go from starting primary, to leaving secondary, and shoes tend to be for the younger ones. They have reasonable priced garments and accessories for all sizes, slim - plus sizes.β
βDanyal (the optician) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his field. The store is very professional and my glasses worked perfectly while looking extremely stylish - leave any optician you go to currently and go to the in-store opticians in Morrisons (you won't regret it!)β
βSince moving to the area and to this GP, I have received excellent care. I love the process of telephone consultations in the morning and Drs reviewing you before deciding next steps. Iβve always managed to get an appointment same day and Iβve never had this at any other practice. Very efficient and seen quickly.β
βExcellent chemist I've just been sorted out by them this morning great team thank you Antony Rileyβ
βI've given 5 stars as never really had any bad experiences. Sometimes waiting times can vary, but hey, be fair, this is a very busy pharmacy and it's also small. They have to deal with walk ins , GP prescriptions, repeat prescriptions and people wanting some one to one advice. Then they have dozens of boxes delivered daily that quite often are stacked up to the ceiling. They really do thier best, no I'm not a staff member, just a customer, but please... give them a break !!!β
βVisit today. Wonderful service, helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble . Thank you . Will returnβ
βNot closed. Just relocated. Now located in Trentside Medical Centre, Knight Street.β
βStaff are very helpful and friendlyβ
βThis place makes you feel like you're coming home. β€β
