“After my nephew who is disabled and has severe learning difficulties was admitted to lings bar it was a worrying time for the family . There was absolutely no need what an amazing place each and every staff member went out of there way to make sure Jordan who was admitted with severe dermatology issues was looked after like he was family of their own . We can’t thank you all enough and I know Jordan is going to miss you all. Me personally would like to say a massive thank you to Donna and Claire they went above and beyond and to see you both cuddle him and be like mothers to him your absolutely amazing angels in disguise. Thank you a million times over all of you such an amazing team x”

“On Sunday 27/7 I was staying with my sister in Nottingham when I was taken ill. She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff. Everybody was very helpful and very cheerful. I really could not have had a better experience at an expensive private hospital. Even the food was good! Thank you so much”

“My husband had to visit emergency care yesterday(Friday 22nd.Nov),he had slashed his hand badly whilst we on holiday in caravan. We went to Emergency and altho.they were very busy,we were dealt with at reception by a very polite and efficient young lady,who found my husband's details very promptly. Within half an hour he was seen by a doctor,sorted out,stitched up and we were on our way back.We would like to send a compliment to a Doctor Ko. Thank goodness for the NHS.”

The reception staff were friendly and efficient and seating was provided for most people who were waiting for vaccinations. The vaccination session ran smoothly and the pharmacy continued to provide their prescription collection service and give advice to people. It is a lovely clean pharmacy with a private consultation room and it was easily accessible by bus.”

I used to have my Boots prescriptions delivered but they were useless & unreliable. In-store however, if an online prescription is taking longer to process than normal they will do all they can to see it is prioritised. The only downside is that they are no longer open on a Saturday. That’s a very poor decision taken by Boots PLC.”

“I take my mother here to get her hearing aid repaired/serviced. I've been using it for many years. It is MUCH more convenient than having to go to the Ropewalk main clinic. The most recent visit was today (hence this review). Her appointment was at 9.45am. She went in right on time, and was out inside 15 minutes. Yes, on this occasion she is going to have to get another appointment (this time at the Ropewalk for a major repair/replacement), but they fixed the problems we'd booked in for. She has no problems with any of the staff, even though she's nearly deaf and unable to walk without a wheeled walking frame. They're fine with her.”
