“The staff here are so helpful and courteous. The pharmacist is fab. Great opening hours too”
“Had a lovely girl called macy help me find a perfume , she was very lovely and patient.”
“I can't believe there are any negative reviews for the Fareham Tesco pharmacy - they are by far the nicest, most helpful and professional pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The counter staff and pharmacists are very keen to provide top notch service every time - if only every pharmacy was this good! Added bonus that parking is free and you can pick up groceries while you wait for your prescription.”
“In this shop their is lot of promotions available in 365 on every product like wines, food, soft drinks and frozen food and crisps etc. i think this is the best place for buying wines an food etc, and also main thing is this shop availble in 24 hours.”
“My delivery was lost in track and I have phoned a multiple times to the online team, supposed to come between 11-12 but still received nothing at 4. One of the online team staff said its ready to delivered, the second one said its still in the store and not sure if there will be a slot available the other day. Suggested me to either phone the store directly or contact the online team the second day. I randomly phoneed to the albert road store which I believed a very helpful staff called Aymond answered the call, it took him some times to try to track my order and find the correct store to contact, also suggested new method to solve the problem. Very polite and helpful compared to the staff who I called later. I still like to shop in Sainsbury's but may do the store instead of online shopping now.”
“Thank you to the lovely staff in Gosport Asda on Saturday 29th March. The lady on the till and the gentleman and lady on the customer service desk. You couldn’t have been more helpful. I dropped my empty shopping bag while shopping somewhere in the store a small cotton bag worthless to anyone else but priceless to me as my Granddaughter had decorated it in school several years ago and given it to me as a present. I was very upset so they looked for it and found it for me I had already searched the aisles myself. Also to the person who handed it in to the lady on the till. Thank you all again.”
“I’m posting on here as I can’t find the contact details of the manager, but I wanted to let them know that I was really impressed by the staff this morning- the lady serving on the till and a very kind staff member called Matt, who came to help me when my car broke down, having rather embarrassingly run out of fuel metres from the pump. It’s an automatic car so it couldn’t be pushed, but he kindly offered to and then proceeded to fill the fuel can up and into my car. I was mortified, but he made me feel so much better! He even brought me out some wipes and a bag to cover the dirty can. I just wanted to say thank you and it was so kind of you to stop and help me.”
“Popped in Saturday morning to return an item, missed the guys name, but very helpful and dealt with me straight away.”
“Lisa went above and beyond for me regarding a very prem baby. Thank you - so grateful in difficult circumstances. X x x”
“Visits always go well. My most recent visit was with friends after college because one of their shoes chose to disassemble themselves. We went to George, brought some new socks and shoes for them to only find out the dollop got the wrong size. The customer service employees in the store were extremely helpful, took the shoes back and gave us a store card with the refunded total on it, which we used to then buy the correct size.”
“I've been a loyal customer to this store for over 18yrs. Always friendly and apologetic for inconvenience if store is unable to open. This usually stems back to senior management not having staff to cover illness. The staff work under rubbish conditions where Tesco really don't look after them like they would their own shops.”
“Popped in tonight just before closing. The staff were all so friendly and Amber went above and beyond to help me out! Probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. What a credit to the store :)”
“Reasonable prices and a fair selection of products.”
“Always polite and happy to help and have most of what you want on the move, a good all rounder”
“The NHS app directed me to a pharmacy about a medical problem. The pharmacist was brilliant - she dealt with my condition and prescribed medication and advice very professionally and promptly. Thank you. Would recommend.”
“always plenty of stock, the staff clearly work hard and are very friendly! Always a pleasure to shop here, and would always reccomend it to anyone shopping in the area”
“Very helpful indeed. Well stocked pharmacy and seemingly an independent, which makes a refreshing change. I’d go there any time.”
“Live locally always pop to co op tangiers road all staff very friendly especially Mindy who is always smiling and you always get a warm welcome when u come in from her lovely shop”
“Felt very poorly yesterday with asthma and cellulitis when I went into the chemist. Lovely lady served me, prescription didn't take too long. Also had a chat with the pharmacist in private about new asthma medication I'm on that he wanted to discuss. Think the service has improved a lot in this chemist, especially as Southbourne is expanding so much.”

“Brian at the post office/co-op was spot on and very helpful. What was quality about this post office is that they accepted parcels from Evri, DPD and royal mail so it saved me driving around to lots of different locations. The post office is also open from 7am which is very unheard of. 5/5 - Top service.”
“Fab service today even though appeared very busy and a queue of customers, gave me advice re tickly cough , could be allergy or reaction to meds I’m on however in the meantime was reassured normal and pharmacy herself came away from her duties to advice which cough syrup may work plus lady behind counter so helpful in that she has same cough , fantastic service thank you”
“Brilliant service best chemist I've ever used. friendly helpful staff manager really helped sort my problems out ..”

“I would love to say that all staff are very friendly and nice at all times. Jamie who works on the shop floor is always polite, respectful. I even put a complaint slip into head office let hope he got it. Julie at the post office is a OUTSTANDING member of staff and is there to help!!! Dose not rush you out of the door even though the busy times. If I could give more the 5 stars then i would. Please shop here.”
“Lovely community store with well trained staff.”
