Vets and nurses are confident at their work and very good with customers. Never any cause for concern. Online communication with upcoming dates is excellent. Very professional, exemplary care.”

“Donna has been really supportive and willing to work with Spikes 'quirky' ways, she took time to listen and understand his issues, and made sure that she matched Spike to the perfect person for him. Alison is amazing, she made time to visit Spike and allowed us to visit her home a few times before Spikes first overnight stay. I was so nervous and worried leaving Spike but there was no need as you can see!! Spike is always happy to see Alison and comes home a very happy boy. I work various shifts, some long and some late night finishes, thanks to Donna and Alison's support Spike can now spend these times having fun with Auntie Alison xx”

“I took my Labradoodle for his first ever grooming session two weeks ago. Charlotte made us very welcome and let Jack have a good sniff around her salon. He loved being washed and dried, was dubious at first about being clipped, and eventually gave in happily. Charlotte took loads of the underfur away, handfuls of it, something I am very grateful for in view of the heatwave we have had since. We can now see his eyes again too. I was really impressed with the whole experience. We will certainly be repeating it. Charlotte, thank you again. I highly recommend you to other dog owners.”

“We have been using Molly's dog walking for about 8 months and it's fantastic! We always come home to a very happy and knackered pup and very often see lots of pictures of her playing with the other doggies. Martina was also amazing when our dog was going through a very naughty phase when she was about 9 months old. She was really patient and we spoke a lot about training techniques etc and thankfully we found what worked quite quickly. It's a real comfort to know that she's being so well looked after during our working hours. We're so pleased that we found Molly's dog walking service!”

“I contacted Doggy Holiday Homes at short notice as I got a positive Covid result. My two dogs have never been walked by anybody else but me so I was quite worried as one of them gets hysterical if I’m not in sight. Lucy has been walking Dolly and Billy for the past ten days and Dolly did protest a bit at first, barking and pulling back to me but she soon settled down. Both dogs now love Lucy and happily go out to her and have a fun walk. It’s given me peace of mind knowing that they are both happy and getting their daily walk.”

“I did my animal first aid course here, and the owner was so lovely. So I thought, why not get my three dogs in for their claws to be cut. The owner and her lovely daughter kept calm, positive energy throughout and welcomed them into the groomers. Gave them lots of cuddles each. They gave loads of treats while they were each having their nails cut. All three dogs left so happy. Definitely be going back.”

“We can't thank Maureen & Jeff enough for Mabel & Jenny's own little holiday stay with them in May this year. Both our girls settled into Maureen & Jeff's like it was home from home which gave us such peace of mind. Seeing the Facebook photo updates of the week they stayed whilst we were away on our own holiday was so lovely and meant we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Mabel & Jenny loved their walks and socialising and cuddles and are looking forward to their next stay in a weeks time! “This cat hotel was recommended by extremely fussy friends at a local cat rescue, so I had complete confidence that it would be good. The rooms are spacious and have lots of places to climb, hide and play. The rooms are immaculate and Domi cares so much, she is amazing and couldn’t do enough for our furries. I’ll never take them anywhere else. Totally addicted to the CCTV!”

“Popped in for an early dinner recently and had a really warm greeting. We didn’t have a booking but they managed to accommodate us and our 10 month old (high chair was available). Good menu selection and food was fresh and of great quality. Staff were very friendly and gave the right amount of attention. We’d definitely come back soon.”

“Friendly staff & clean hotel. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant by reception. Good choice of hot & cold breakfast items. Free parking next to the hotel & pub next door serving good food at reasonable prices. There are a few shops a 5 minute walk away, M&S food Hall, Jollies pet store, B&M & a McDonald's. Also an ice rink & leisure centre next to the hotel. A pleasant stay & lovely welcome from the reception & on arrival at breakfast.”

“Visited Boots this evening in Whiteley to pick up some gifts. Didn't really know what to buy. Corinne the beauty specialist came to my rescue by suggesting some great ideas. Really helpful advice and it was so refreshing to see. Very knowledgeable too. Thank you for help and will visit again.”

“We had a really great time at the Solent Hotel, we were there for a Christmas joiner party and booked a night's stay as well. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and we liked the little touches like sleep masks, sleep spray and super comfy robes as well as the little bottles in the fridge to help ourselves to the fresh milk and water stations on our floor. Such a fab idea! The bed and pillows were really comfortable and there were options to change pillows if needed too. The White company products in the bathroom were heavenly as well. The food and the party were fab as was an excellent buffet breakfast. As guests of the hotel we were also able to make use of the newly refurbished and lovely spa. All in all a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.”
