“My Howdens door handle had broken. Taking it apart it was a simple broken spring. Brought the handle here to talk to Howdens staff about it. Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy. Previously I had almost given up the search for an exact replacement elsewhere, until I remembered I had originally bought them from Howdens and gave them a try.”

“An amazing shop!!! Staff are extremely friendly and fun! One member was playing with a helicopter and it was very engaging for everyone. Everything in the shop is great and I would recommend everyone would go there if they're looking to buy a gift that's worth every penny!!! It's very close other shops and restaurants within the town mall so that's always an amazing benefit!!! I would go there again, whether if it's alone or someone else!!”

“Great place to visit to see and purchase quality, although expensive products. Access is clear, parking not good for disabled persons, no visible disabled persons area. The place is very clean and tidy. Special thanks to Vicky from IT who saw my wife struggling along the path to the outlet centre. Vicky left her desk and came out to greet us and escort us to the outlet centre, which is upstairs. There is a lift, which was made available. The actual shop area is beautifully laid out, clean and tidy. We were greeted by Ash, who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, and helped us out the shop. Our experience of this place is excellent. Nice saving to be had as well. Worth a visit.”

“Trevor could not have been more helpful, kind or knowledgeable by phone. We sent him photos of the fireplace we have and he explained our options re. keeping or replacing with a stove. Even though his team couldn't service/test as required - he contacted a local company and explained what we needed (as I told him I was worried I'd forget on the phone!) who got in touch with us. At no point did he try to sell us something expensive we don't want or need - as we've experienced previously! Big thanks, Trevor.”

He was able to work with our scale architects drawings, when a lot of other kitchen places wanted us to give them a floor plan with measurements. He prepped for the appointment in advance, and shared designs in advance and implemented rounds of amendments super quickly. The best kitchen designer we have found in Maidenhead! We got in everything we wanted, when we didn't think we would have enough space.”

“Love this branch. It's always bright and tidy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a big range of products and so can normally find what you are looking for. Cafe is brilliant if youve never been in as they do breakfast, lunch and snacks at a really good price. Cakes are yummy and again they don't rip you off, its really well priced especially for the quality of the products that you get, so yes I mean you not paying much but the food/drinks which are a at a great quailty, you'll walk away thinking how do they make any money, just shows lots of places rip you off for F&B, not here thou.”

However the main reason for the 5 stars is for Luigi (greeter) and Emma (Checkout colleague) who were beyond great today and so helpful as I had to collect goods with my toddler with me today - would give more stars if possible for their phenomenal customer service!”

“Already have smeg appliances but was struggling to get To grips on how to use the oven and combination microwave to their full potential so Booked a product demonstration. This was the best decision! Claire and Alice were so welcoming and knowledgeable and I came away with such a lot of information. It is a wonderful showroom to visit and it’s amazing what you can learn. Along with the appliance demonstrations we were also treated to a very tasty lunch to show you what can be cooked and styles of cooking. Thoroughly recommend!”

“Jason and his team did an excellent job of our new kitchen and utility rooms which involved knocking down walls, installing new windows, bifold and sliding doors, electrics, plumbing, flooring and of course kitchen fitting. The design guidance was excellent and gave us ideas we has not considered. All of these turned out to be exactly what was needed. Norbert was both precise as well as rapid with all his fitting work. The entire project was finished in 7 weeks.”
