“Fabulous field for dogs. Agility for those who are fit. Lovely summerhouse with coffee tea and hot chocolate for your use. Fridge with milk sink for washing hands and mud daddy to clean dogs. Debbie the owner really cares about the owners and their dogs. Everything is supplied by her free of charge including toys balls and various other things for the dogs. You can sit in summerhouse whilst your dogs can run free with total security. I've been to several dog parks and this is definitely at the top.”

“I came for a half day falconry experience to try and face my phobia of birds. I couldn’t recommend this place enough - the staff (especially Olivia who led the session) was extremely professional, passionate about their birds and very understanding of my phobia. First couple of times were a bit scary but felt so much at ease with these amazing, beautiful creatures. The birds were so calm and gorgeous to see up close. All staff are friendly and accommodating - I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to coming back again.”

Woodland Walk is great for our lab cross who likes to have a good sniff around! “We loved Millets! Booked a reptile experience which included general entry. It’s not very big and quite compact to walk around but has some great things to see and we watched the skunks, Coco and Chanel being fed. They also have flying displays so factoring in that you could spend a couple of hours there, even longer given the whole Millets Farm set up. The half our Reptile Experience we interesting and informative and we held four snakes, who were very lively given it was so hot!”

“Had an amazing time at Flip Out Basingstoke! Super clean, well-organised, and packed with fun for all ages. The trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses kept everyone entertained for hours. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great vibe. Perfect for burning off energy and having a laugh can’t wait to come back!”

Through a long battle of ups and downs with my boy Snow, some incredible surgeons and clinicians, he has a good quality of life that he wouldn’t have had-he quite literally wouldn’t be here without them. A holistic approach to veterinary medicine, taking into consideration not only the owners choice, and lifestyle, but the wider picture- all the while keeping the animals quality of life a priority. The costs are for expert care and specialists in their field, with a range of equipment and runnings costs behind the scenes. I appreciate everything the team does and continue to do for my animals, especially when it comes to Snow. I really hope that the staff are all compensated for what they do, whether that be in their opinions on the daily practice or their wages as they truly are incredible. ( In case any management are seeing this!)”

“Simon & Jason are celebrating 20 years since they opened the Wellington Arms & it's packed every day when open with regulars & new 'word of mouth' clients. 10 out of 10 for quality of food, service, atmosphere & beautiful garden & surroundings. Great menu & daily dishes that made it difficult to choose. I had the 2xbaked cheese souffle stacked with a mountain of finely grated parmesan & my friend had scallops (both simply the best) followed by perfectly cooked calves liver on a bed of mashed potato & leeks with pancetta & perfect mix of herbs then their home-made ice cream.”

Some pretty big houses and some lovely little boats spotted on the way along the locks. Can't fault the boat company and their service was fantastic.
