The young man who served me was incredibly polite and helpful, whilst I was waiting for him to get my parcel out of the back office another member of staff asked if I needed help. I don’t know their names but they are both a credit to the Co op brand, the shop was well stocked clean and bright, and the staff really pleasant and helpful.”

“Having had a kitchen refurb we needed two new stools to compliment it and chose the Harper Blue Grey Velvet Gas Lift Bar Stool. After phoning for fabric samples these took just two days to arrive. Placing the order was easy and we had immediate confirmation followed by progress reports on the order. On the day before delivery we had a message giving us a time slot and when the driver was close we had yet another call telling us of the expected delivery time. The driver and his assistant were really polite and offered to take the stools to the kitchen but we declined and managed them on our own and we are delighted with the service, appearance and quality.”

I have used their services twice, firstly in 2019 for a dishwasher which wasn't heating up and secondly last week for a washer/dryer that was leaking badly. Each time scheduling was efficient and communication was effective with advanced notice of arrival being given as requested. James is diligent, punctual and knowledgeable. He also took care to test the machine fully each time and wasn't satisfied until it was working perfectly. He even cleaned up behind him before leaving. If you have an issue with an appliance, don't hesitate to contact Esteem.”
