Yesterday was her very last day and the vet and the nurse came and showed such compassion as they helped me say goodbye to her for the last time. She was 30 years old. “My not so little dog Daisy had ripped her nail and it was hanging off Barnsley branch got her in straight away started treatment within 20mins The very next day Daisy was having surgery to sort the mess out, They kept in contact with me throughout let me know when she went to surgery rang me after to let me know she’s was absolutely fine. Went to pick Daisy wouldn’t believe she just had surgery tail waggling her tail back to good health walking perfectly fine. 3 days after went for check up. So quick and easy service for worries pet owners I think it’s good quality for money any questions, we’re answered and useful Thankyou so much :)”

“This afternoon I attended an appointment with my son for a hearing test with the paediatric audiology department, to say I was amazed with the two ladies we saw is an understatement. They were simply incredible! Both ladies paid so much attention to my son, he didn't even realise what we were there for! He just thought he was there to play! I cannot thank both ladies enough for their attention, and dedication to their job and their patients. Absolutely blown away by their warmth, respect, politeness and kindness they showed myself and my son.”

Thanks to receptionist who arrange call back, when booking appointments could we not be notified by text and also Patient Access. This service will be acceptable instead of waiting for a Drs medication review.”
