βWhat can i say, nothing negative at all. If you are like me and have real fear of the dentist, then this is the place for you. From the receptionists to the dental nurses, to the dentists themselves, they are all awesome. Alex has helped me get over my fear, and throughout the extensive work I have had done has been patient and understanding. I will not hesitate to come back in the future, which im sure i will need to. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars i would. Thank you so much, all of you!!β
βThis service has helped me more than any other service I have been under. I have had my fair share of workers who werenβt so good at this team which hindered my progression and support, but hopefully thatβs in the past. The staff I work with now listen to me, support me and help me with anything I am struggling with (despite their new. management who are not so good). I just want anyone whoβs thinking of accessing support to know this team will help you. Iβm no where near the place I was 12 months ago: things are still hard but I became stronger than I ever thought possible because of my self and this team. so please donβt be put off by the negative reviews. They are a small underfunded service doing their best.β
βThis is the best GP surgery I have ever used. The online triage system works very well and the staff are caring and listen. I've actually been phoned out of hours to make sure I was ok because of issues that weren't followed up by other medical professionals. I'm very grateful for the care here.β
βCan't thank the doctor enough for the help in getting my daughter straight into hospital without going through A and E as she has a learning disability and autism. Rang and was seen the same day. He was very thorough and compassionate. Turns out her appendix had burst and she needed surgery promptly.β
βAlways friendly and helpful staff, quick service, and clear advice. A well-run pharmacy I can rely on.β
βLovely caring staff who always do their best to help customers. I've been using this pharmacy for 13 years and only had a couple of issues which were sorted quickly. Thank youzwnd many thanks to the.an who delivers my medications.β
βGot appointment by following the procedure. On arrival nice calm atmosphere until a middle guy came in ranting at the receptionist just doing her job. He wouldn't listen to her advice on what to do, and said he was putting a complaint in. Shortly after I was called in to see Dr Ayesha Ahmed, she introduced herself and had read my recent medical notes, she listened intently and advised on the next step to my issue. I was extremely impressed with the Doctor and the receptionist.β
βAfter calling at Doncaster A&E and facing a waiting room crammed full and a waiting time of four hours or more I rang the Doncaster Same Day Heath Centre from home and was offered an appointment fours hours later. The place was spotless and the staff very helpful. The doctor I saw was also most helpful and placed an electronic prescription which I was able to pick up from my preferred pharmacy almost straight away. All this when over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend when my GP was shut for two and a half days. An excellent service.β
βI registered here a year ago and Iβm amazed at the service I get. Within days of registration, I received immediate appointments for blood, bowel, breast and cervical tests. Dr Drew is available for phone appointments. Heβs so caring and professional, with excellent advice and a listening ear. Iβve had a same day GP appointment for a heavy cold. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and received immediate appointments for walk in X-rays, Physiotherapy and OHT plus equipment. No quibbles about prescriptions: I need them and get them. Boots is open to 9pm at night! My friends and family elsewhere are astonished at how well Iβm treated. Where they live they canβt even get a doctorβs appointment!β
βI would like thank all the Staff on Chesterman 4, the ICU, OCU and all the staff in theatre for the fantastic Heart Bypass they did for me on the 17th November, all the staff are exceptional. I am on the mend now and hopefully see another 20yrs. Thank you staff and the NHS for providing this Timing Belt Change free of charge. Thanks Paul Seniorβ
βI recently saw a female therapist and she was very understanding and helpful. Listened to my problems and was very caring.β
βDoctors nurses and other staff where brilliant looking after my friend and getting her the help she needs β€οΈ thank youβ
βAfter just joining this surgery after leaving middleton lodge of 19 yrs, I was expecting to be treated the same which was disrespectful and very uncaring but I was wrong, the doctor i see here Dr Gopi is the most caring pleasant doctor I have ever known, and the reception staff and administrators are absolutely lovely and kind. I am being treated like a human being and I actually feel like someone cares about my health, all I can say is Thank you so far xβ
βThe medical staff are so friendly. Booking in was so fast and efficient, the Dr's and nurses are very respectful and can be very amusing. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept very well informed as my examination was carried out. I'm not going to say it was a pleasure to be ill but it came close.β
βAll of our midwives went above and beyond to give my wife fantastic care during labour, delivery and recovery. They were kind, empathetic, and informative throughout, and we really had the feeling of a team around us helping us through the experience.β
βLovely quiet place to come to, very nice staff all smily faces and a warm welcome everytimeβ
βIt's the best doctors surgery I've ever been to. All the staff are very friendly. That's from the receptionists, doctors, nurses and all the staff. You couldn't want a better surgery if you wanted to. I would give them 20 stars if I could.β
βI used this service about 2 years ago. They were very helpful then, but they were still learning. I was recently rerefered and the first appointment was a great help.β
βWe had an appointment for yesterday for my daughter, and I can't fault the service at all. The receptionist lady was lovely, the doctor was very caring and informative. You could see he wasn't just trying to get thru the appointment quickly but took his time, listened to our concerns and talked us through what we should try to do next. When I had to pop back to drop a sample off the receptionist lady remembered us. eventhough people are coming and going all day long. What a nice touch!!.. Thanks guysβ
βFabulous service, at first it felt a bit onerous to fill in the online referral but it was very user friendly and did help me to focus and be clearer about my symptoms which saved time in the face to face appointment (which I opted for although was given the option of a telephone consultation instead). I was kept quickly up to date regarding my request and telephoned within 2 hours to be offered a same day appointment which was totally satisfactory.β
βI'm quite happy with the Surgery and staff they are very helpful I always sorted out my stuff with them and staff is very positive and cheerful thank you to all staff xxxβ
βI wanted to write a review as a parent, having had a child admitted here last year. I have to admit when I googled the place once I knew it's where my child would be going, the reviews scared me at a time I was already scared. At the time it gave a score of about 2.4/5. I could tell, looking through, that they mostly seemed to have been written by children, but that did nothing to ease my fears or worries. I didn't need to worry though. Right from the first time I pulled in to the car park, the staff were nothing but helpful, kind and considerate. My main experience is of Emerald Lodge. Unlike my experience of a long term stay with my child in a general hospital, it was clear that every member of staff I dealt with here was understanding and empathetic with appropriate awareness of mental illness, and the ability to separate the illness and the child. At their worst, I know my child would say horrible things to the staff, and lash out - entirely caused by the illness, or at least their fight/flight response triggered by it - but the staff continued to treat both my child, and I, with respect, concern and care. Again, this is sadly not the response I experienced after challenging behaviours on a general children's ward, so it was refreshing not to feel judged and like I was responsible for bringing up a disrespectful child. I had to deal with numerous staff over a 4 month period there, and whilst there are some names who will always stick out to me as having gone above and beyond, there is not one person I felt didn't do an amazing job. My experience of the staff at the school there too was also brilliant. Caring people who were happy to talk to me, show me their classrooms, tell me how they'd come up with activities and topics to spark more engagement and interest from my child. I knew I could contact any time, and get an update, even if I'd been there just a few hours before. I knew if it all became too overwhelming, and I ended up a sobbing mess sat on the floor of a corridor, I wouldn't be judged or ignored - someone would make time for me if I wanted it, whether it was to bring me a cuppa and a tissue and give me space, or give me a hug and sit with me. I'm hoping by writing this review I get to help put at least one parent's mind a little more at ease. I know for a fact if my child was the kind to write a review, it too would probably be negative like others on here - but they spent those months there as a child, with a severe illness, away from home, battling their thoughts and being made to follow a routine, including eating, which was something their illness didn't want them to do. Of course they won't say they loved it there. But as a mum, I saw the progress these people helped him make. I saw staff at all levels doing anything they could do engage with him and win his trust. Even now, a good 2 months after discharge, he still uses techniques he was exposed to there, because they helped. He will refer to how certain staff would help him in similar situations (e.g. "we could do what Nick helped me do"). He will randomly comment "I wonder what they're doing at Becton", or remember activities he did there. My child still has a long way to go before he's recovered, if that ever happens, but from the boy who entered Becton, to the boy he was when he left, I just never thought he'd come so far in such a relatively short amount if time. If you're a parent reading this, my heart goes out to you, as I wouldn't wish the illnesses that require going somewhere like here on anyone... but equally, I hope this review helps you feel a little less worried, and gives you some element of hope. I know I will forever be grateful to the people who looked after my son, helped him battle against his illness, and helped him be well enough to come home. I hope with all my heart I never have to go back, but I know if I do, and we receive the level of care we experienced on our first admission, that I can be confident my child is in a place that will help them.β
βFrom booking an appointment to seeing GP or nurse everyone is kind ,caring and professional. I am very happy to be under the care of Staffa health , I feel everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care .β
βI saw Dr Jack Marshall on a recent appointment. It was a very worrying time for me and he was professional kind and reassuring . He referred me quickly to a specialist and I was fully informed of the process. I hope he stays with the practice thank you .β
βi had an appointment here, there are a couple of parking bays directly outside which are 1Β£ an hour..also, there is a large carpark just across the road which is way overpriced and is pay as you leave which can be confusing for first time users..the staff inside are lovely, friendly and the atmosphere inside was calming and very neat and tidy.β
βExcellent service today at the Flu Fair. The staff were extremely polite and had a well organized system meaning that the whole procedure took under 3 minutes. Painless safe and efficient. Thanks to all the staff working this weekend.β
