“Call in for a mid week tea, and what a tea it was, expanding waist band needed, the mix grill was absolutely mega. The other meals were spot on and no complaints at all, very nice and very good quality. The beer was off the charts, I don't think I've ever seen a beer as clear and as bright as their pale ale. Stunning Top service, really friendly and welcoming.”

“Lovely cafe, I'd definitely recommend a visit. Bright and airy inside with huge windows letting in lots of light and loads of outdoor seating too. The team were all friendly and attentive, expertly handling difficult match-day customers with good humour. The food was delicious with good sized portions that made it great value for money so I'll be back for more twice-cooked chips soon.”

“Fantastically friendly lunchtime service, food excellent with large portions and great choice. Good beers on tap. Pub was very nicely decorated, clean and tidy and well maintained. Would definitely return and dog friendly too. Music good but ever so slightly too loud otherwise perfect stop after a lovely walk.”

“Mrs and I went there yesterday, I called first to confirm if we could sit in, it was Zaf (the owner) who I spoke to and he couldn't have been more helpful. There is ample parking outside. The food was great and the lady serving was wonderful. We ordered a chicken paratha roll, samosas , a seekh kebab roll. These items were fresh and tasty. Before the food arrived, Zaf arrived and what a dapper gentleman he is. It felt like I was round a friend's house that is how welcoming Zaf made us feel and spoke to us like we had known each other for years. The creme de la creme or the piece de resistance has to be the pink tea , it was amazing. It is a small and cosy place which I would recommend hands down, get down there and support your local independent eatery. There are even sockets and USB charging points at each table. I am surprised to see so many one star reviews which I find astounding, ignore them , just shows how many sad and jealous people are out there who want this place to fail. Pathetic. All in all, a lovely little place that I will be visiting, with or without the Mrs.”

“OMG! Ive just bought a takeaway from this restaurant/takeaway.. Wow the mixed kebab and crunchy chips were outa this world! beautiful tender meat, perfectly cooked, as promised by the chef. Definitely recommend. Better than any pizza/kebab shop on South Road. Will 100% visiting again. Thank you. Lovely guys too. Nothing too much trouble. 1 week ago!!.....Again its just constantly good, had the same again twice!, even down to garlic mayo its delicious, salad fresh, gonna try pizza now see how it goes. the customer service is great too.”

“Great service, friendly staff. Ordered for pickup. We had a 8" pepperoni pizza and 3 mixed kebabs and they were delicious, as was the free garlic bread. Plenty of meat in the kebabs. Will be going there again.”

“The fish was delicious, but the chips could use some improvement. Mine had a few inedible brown or black pieces. That being said, I absolutely loved my fish! This is a very clean fish and chips shop, and the online ordering process is straightforward and convenient. They don’t accept cash, but they do have a card machine for payments, which makes things easy. Ordering online is probably the best option for both the customer and the shop. If I’m craving fish and chips, this is my go-to place—unless I’m away from Dronfield! :) It would be even better if the meal deals included drinks as well”

“Fantastic night out. Great variety of crowd pleasing songs that never fail to get people singing along. Relaxed atmosphere means that you’re always comfortable and ready to get on the benches for a dance. Friendly staff who can never do enough to make sure you have the best possible experience in the venue. Live music on a Friday and Saturday keep things exciting as well as nights with things such as quizzes, bingo and live meet and greets means that there will never be a dull night. Wide variety of spirits as well as the house cocktails which never fail to impress. 10/10 would recommend.”
