Maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and I was treated very fairly each year when my tenancy agreement required renewal. I never had any cause for complaint during my time with them - and except for the very occasional maintenance visit I was left to enjoy my tenanted property in privacy and without any undue intrusion. I was dealt with very kindly at the end of my tenancy, and I received my deposit back with no issues or undue delay. Highly recommend them. John”

His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”

Today I walked out with no pain at all and when I need to breathe he stopped and gave me a minute.
