Just stop and think how this must feel for the staff who are doing thier best to help everyone in difficult circumstances and some people can be very rude .A little patience and understanding goes a long way”

We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.”
