“Found this lovely place by accident when visiting Conisbrough Castle we had a delicious breakfast, cake and drinks. The service was great and they were kind enough to bring a bowl of water for our dog. Very happy find.”

“A place that many people drive by shown as a lawnmower shop but thanks just a fraction of what they do. From pet and horse feed country clothing and footwear wide range of cheap to branded high end. Shooting clothing workweek Inc high vis. Excellent range of tools fixtures and fittings. Want one washer can buy it here. Plumbing,paint, and farm hardware. There is also wood and garden fittings outside. Worth a stop when passing bye.”

“What a lovely guesthouse! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well cared for. They have a room downstairs for disabled guests and a private car park, both plusses. We'd definitely stay here again.”

“The Manager and staff are very knowledgable on fish and reptiles! I took my 4 year old autistic son to buy a pet and he was allowed to handle them all and choose what he felt comfortable with.All creatures were clean and looked healthy.I heard good reviews from friends in the past and was very pleased with the level of care and service provided,even got a small discount which is always a bonus! And to sum up,the shop is constantly busy which indicates they're doing it right.Only thing missing is perhaps a website ☺.”

“Brill groomer, she obviously loves dogs, she was patient and kind to my timid dog, having been a rescue he is still nervous of people. She took time with him, reassured him, and did a fantastic job of grooming him, he looked great when I picked him up. I would highly recommend her.”

“Stayed at HEX on a coach trip from Cornwall. This is a fantastic hotel the concept of the hotel is fantastic. Rooms modern very clean well equipped. A separate resutrant and bar fantastic to be seperate from rooms. Great to have wildlife park on the complex no travelling. Also a complex of shops places to eat and coffee shops. The staff are wonderful so friendly can't do enough for you it's all the extra care to detail to make your stay great I have stayed in a lot of hotels Hex is first class. Highly recommended. Thanks to all staff see you again.”

“Rase were always wonderful with our dog, Belle. Whether she had inadvertently knocked a tooth uo into her sinus cavity, or just had tummy troubles. They were always patient, kind, and caring with our special brindle greyhound, right up until the end.”

“Nice Little Pub Wanted to book for the Friday but food was not on (later found out that somebody had removed the exhausts from the supply companies vans)!! Booked for the Saturday for a family of 4 and had a nice meal just before the evening entertainment started. It has a nice big beer garden for the kids. Would certainly visit again for a drink and food, Catches a lot of walkers, cyclists, bikers and tourers from the Caravan Park at the rear.”

“Booked for a table of 18 for Sunday dinner, and the communication between the staff when organising the table & pre-orders was great. Food was delicious (especially beef brisket!) Great play area for the kids to run around too. Staff all friendly & happy. Lovely feel from the pub!”
