“Kath cared for our 2 senior dogs whilst we went away. She came to the house 3 times a day spending a few hours each time with them. The boys had special needs. One had a spinal injury and needed a wheelchair to get about. Kath soon learned how to put his harness on and attach him to his wheelchair. The other had dementia and was also unsteady on his legs. Kath has a caring and patient manner. Kath was able to administer medication to both of them Kath sent photo's everyday which gave us reassurance. We would definitely recommend her”

“Went to Crystals on 23rd nov to have my dogs nails cut. Jacko is 16 years old and very nervous. He has had bad experience in the past where other places have made him bleed. The ladies in Crystals were brilliant. Would highly recommend them to any one.”

“Really great to have this grooming parlour in Harworth. A real godsend to a working family. Previously had used another local groomer but work commitments made a week day drop off difficult. Dropped Larry our cocker spaniel in today and was really pleased with the service and standard of cut and how well he was looked after. Definitely will be a regular customer.”

“We left our cat here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. Staff were friendly and it was very reasonably priced. Our cat appears well looked after and the "rooms" looked clean. Staff happy for us to collect him from the enclosure ourselves so we were able to see everything”

“Brill groomer, she obviously loves dogs, she was patient and kind to my timid dog, having been a rescue he is still nervous of people. She took time with him, reassured him, and did a fantastic job of grooming him, he looked great when I picked him up. I would highly recommend her.”

“We have used The Elms numerous times over the last couple of years and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our dog loves her stays there, always excited to see the lovely staff who take amazing care of her. The kennels and grounds are fab and she loves the secure exercise and agility field.”

“Booked for a table of 18 for Sunday dinner, and the communication between the staff when organising the table & pre-orders was great. Food was delicious (especially beef brisket!) Great play area for the kids to run around too. Staff all friendly & happy. Lovely feel from the pub!”

“Good stock availability to say it’s not a massive home bargains Loads of parking opposite, including disabled spaces. The shop itself is wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff and plenty of choice at good prices”
