I'm pretty certain we didn't need to eat a variety of sandwiches scotch egg, quiche, scones with jam and clotted cream and three types of cake but it was so good we couldn't resist. The food was beautiful and the decor, atmosphere and service ticked every box. They provided a high chair for our grandson too. Highly recommended and one we'd like to revisit.”

“Shout out to Amy C. She always makes our experience at zizzi very pleasant and comfortable. She keeps checking if we need anything, and she's fast. When I'm coming into the restaurant I scan the place looking for her hoping she's there coz she's very welcoming and treats everyone equally. I'm saying that because I have a bad experience with another old lady at this restaurant, and when I see her I leave immediately because she is discriminating and I had a few bad experiences with her. Apart from that, your food is amazing and we tried many places but we always regret cheating on zizzi. My favourite is pinoli pizza and fonduta. Your desserts are also brilliant. Best of luck.”

“We had a take away from Zara’s and can honestly say it’s one of the best we have had. The food was hot on delivery, fresh ingredients, and delicious. Well spiced, good amount of meat in the food which is sometimes lacking from other takeaways and the best chips ever! Garlic Naan is fab and the jalfrezi kicks a punch!! 100% recommended.”

“We had just a one night stay, but it was perfect for what we wanted, room was clean, cosy and warm, slept really well, we had a twin room breakfast included, what a bargain for a Thursday night, a lovely bar very nice breakfast, would definitely stay again.”

“I love this place! Our favourite restaurant in Sheffield. It's a really friendly place and the staff are always nice. The decor is lovely and the food and the cocktails are amazing! Keep an eye out for happy hour and special offers on different days. If you're going in the evening or at the weekend, make sure you book a table in advance as it gets busy. There's usually live music at the weekend which is a lovely bonus. Highly recommend.”

Portion sizes felt generous compared to the small handful of sushi places I've visited back in Belgium or the netherlands, and the staff all seemed to enjoy their work in the openly-visible kitchen. “My daughter and I popped in for tea before going to a concert at the Utility Arena. The burgers and fries were delicious and the service was quick and friendly. A bit noisy for an oldie like me but it was very clean and tidy. A handy place to eat if you're in the area”

“Wow is the first word that pops in my head, I came for my 6 year anniversary for the first time last night. The entrance is stunning, the restraunt itself is beautiful. The service we received I have to say was the best I've ever had in Sheffield the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful Now the food, this is hands down the best Thai I have ever eaten the flavors are incredible the portion sizes perfect and the presentation is stunning, each dish hot and full of flavor, I had a mock tail which was also amazing. I would recommend to anyone and will be returning. Advise booking to ensure you get a table.”

“I ordered a Lamb chop and chicken grill, they are very delicious and big portions. Chicken wings are tender. Lamb chops is a bit dried, but the flavour is great. Only complaint is too much fries and little salad”

“It’s food absolutely nice, and the prices are very reasonable. Their steamed king prawn is exceptionally good, and the pork slices also amazing. And I see many people eating dry pot , looks very nice and smell good, next time I will try it. Additionally, a girl was very cute and provided incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended!”

“My favourite restaurant in London Rd. They have variety of bases and toppings, as well as side dishes. All of the foods are halal. The staff are also helpful and friendly. I would recommend their udon noodles and Malaysian chicken, me and my husband love it so much.”

“Great atmosphere in an old building in the heart of Sheffield. Huge selection of beers and ciders. We were there on a quiet Monday evening but they still put on live music - a three-piece jazz/blues band. Highly recommend if you're in the city centre and fancy tasting some unusual brews.”
