“Awesome view of the sunset when it’s a clear sky. You get an uninterrupted view of the city skyline. It’s a good spot to chill and relax especially when they have their out door cinema up and running. It’s also right next to the train station so you could get a train or train right up to to it.”

Me and my friends always come here because Kmax has the best service but it would be really nice if they updated their song list for both English and Korean songs. Thanks :)”

“Wow. They just get better and better. Tried a new one tonight, Chicken Lahori Masala. Packed with chicken that melts in the mouth, followed up by a sauce that has a bit of a kick, but not overpowering. Then the sweetness of the caramelised onions and condensed milk comes through. Definitely a new favourite of mine. Kids had their usual favourite of chicken korma. Again, packed with tender chicken and creamy sauce. Absolutely the best takeaway around.”

“We’ve came for Sunday lunch as a table of 6. The service has been impeccable, very quick with bringing the meats out. All the meats were super tender, especially the minted lamb. However I did love the cinnamon pineapple. All the staff were really polite and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!”

“Lovely village pub at the end of a quiet lane. Although the rooms were fairly small inside, the atmosphere was quiet and not crowded. Service was always very fast and friendly, the food was cooked perfectly! No vegetarian options were on the menu but we contacted them in advance and were able to pre-order from a few options. This place was a great find and I'd definitely return.”

“Wow wow wow!!!! This review just won’t be enough to explain how “out of this world”our experience was at Vero Gusto. One of the servers (a lady from Sicily) was so chatty and funny, actually all of the servers were amazing and chatty. Saverio kept coming and topping our water up and checking everything was okay and constantly making sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Ester who is the chef is one amazing lady, the food was out of this world honestly. You definitely get what you pay for here and I would recommend it to anyone. “First time been to this restaurant Chez Lahlou's. We ordered a starter and a main course and we had free chicken wings and garlic breads before the starter and main course. We really enjoyed the meals. The main course was absolutely big portion. Excellent value for every meal we've had. Lovely atmosphere, Cosy and romantic. Definitely going back and will recommend to someone.”

“Great on a sunny evening outside, but looks nice inside too. Went to 3 pubs in the village over a 2 night work stay. Personal choice puts this top of the list. Modern beer garden areas, great selection of drinks, and service with a smile. A very clean and fresh establishment. QR code on the bar for WiFi. What more could you ask for!”

“The second I walked into the Maynard I knew we had to have our wedding there. The whole team have excellent communication from the original booking process, smooth transitions and organisation from the morning getting ready to the end of the day and the food was beautiful. We live in Thailand so have been planning the wedding from abroad but the team at the Maynard have been accommodating with communication, online meetings and answering 1 million questions and requests from me via email. Do not hesitate to book your wedding here, you will not regret it!”

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was incredible. It’s so great to have such a lovely halal restaurant. I will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend. Toilets were also decorated so beautifully and were very clean.”
