“A hidden treasure in Sheffield with the absolute best coffee in town! The beans were freshly roasted on premise by Frazer and you could smell and taste his profound coffee passion in the brew. BTW he has won multiple awards too. Frazer was very generous in sharing his coffee insights, travel and stories with us. He even took us for a tour of his workshop as he was taking a break - what a generous kind hearted man! We saw his home made roaster machine, a contraption designed and made out of passion.. just what an artisan craftsman does best. I took home a bag of his freshly roasted decaf beans straight out of the workshop. Thank you Frazer!”

“Great place, fresh and plentiful food. Great staff always make us feel welcome and cook your food in the traditional cafe way. Decor is great with areas themed around movies, toys, games and nostalgia from the past (70's & 80's). Just make sure you take money as it is cash only.”

“Wonderful cafe next to the park in Matlock. Very friendly service from the hard working staff. The food was excellent with good portions and very reasonable prices. The homity pie was tasty. The coffee and cakes were delicious. I would highly recommend supporting these hard working people. The gift shop is great as well with some great greetings cards.”

“Today my friend and I went for a double treatment with therapists Janet and Rachael. It was absolutely wonderful ⭐️ Janet worked her magic hands on my back and neck working out any stress knots, then I turned over for a facial with some gorgeous smelling products, Janet worked my jaw, my shoulders and arms, massaged my scalp and whilst my mask was on she massaged my feet. I was so utterly relaxed after this treatment, and my skin was soft and glowing. So much so that I’ve booked my partner in as a treat and I will certainly be back for the ultimate “me time” relaxation treatment, thank you both!”

“Brilliant service. Arrived at exactly the agreed time. 3 very polite and hardworking men moved everything and didn't want us to lift a finger. Handled all our belongings with care. Waited patiently whilst the solicitors did their thing. Unpacked everything with care and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. We have used Ballards twice now and wouldn't hesitate in using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs a removal firm.”

“Great lunch stop off joint if you fancy something different. The queues are out the door most of the time. I went for the Chicken and Spicy Potato, and a Falafel and Halloumi large wrap. I also ordered a portion of meat samosas. All the staff are super friendly and despite being busy busy, still took the time out to chat to every customer. The gentleman manning the till was literally flying around allover the shop. Was impressive to watch! The wraps were amazing…. The sauces we added were, Chilli, mint and Tahini. The large option will have you well and truly stuffed. The samosas weren't great if I’m honest. They were tiny and made of filo pastry, not of proper pastry as shown on their own menu board. If I’d known they were filo, I’d not have ordered them. Their great service and expectional wraps made up for the samosa.”

“So I got lucky in that I was able to get an appointment very quickly when I found them on facebook to ask questions- which they responded to quickly. I got LVL and HD brows- firat experience on both. Staff were very friendly and all welcoming, filled in a medical/health form before treatments and were mindful of my sensitive skin- had the patch test and was fine. Overall great experience- already booked my next appointment.”

“Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.”
