“Went to see wicked for good today at around 1:45pm with my mum who is disabled and uses walking sticks a lovely member of staff called Alex who was around 6ft tall and had brown hair was very kind and saw us struggling carrying our popcorn and our drinks so Alex kindly jumped to lend us a helping hand and carried our drinks for us walked at my mums pace offered to scan our tickets for us and walked us to our seats and put our drinks in our cupholders for us. “We have just stayed here for two nights (2 adults and two children aged 1 & 4). The hotel is lovely. Nice big room with a small kitchen and also a cot for our little one. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel was only 20-25 mins from Paultons Park which we spent two days at. It was ideal! Special shoutout to the manager, Justine, who went out of her way each day to make my little girls feel special. From sprinkles on the hot chocolate to a complimentary ice cream, she really went above and beyond and it was so appreciated!”

She’s knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and friendly. She always puts your mind at ease and if there’s an issue, she raises it in a very calm and clear way without judgement. The nurse we saw today, Ruby, was absolutely delightful. She made us feel very calm and informed about an upcoming teeth cleaning, whilst also being extremely kind and sweet. Can’t thank her enough. The staff here really do love animals and it shows. The staff on reception are lovely too and always happy to answer questions. Overall fantastic experiences here, I would recommend to anyone :)”

They get some great comedians there and I like they have some diverse mix of comedians although IMO they could get more, the line up is still mostly white men. It's really easy to park nearby, well organised for getting people in, the staff are always really friendly, and good drinks at the bar. The only thing is the seats aren't that comfortable for sitting on for a couple of hours but still you mostly forget with the great comedy!”
