“I purchased my aging father 'hobos comfort shoes', he can get them on easily, they are comfortable for him and he has asked me to get him some more in a different colour. There are no laces or anything too taxing for an old man bent over, and he recons they're perfect. Staff are great, shop is in a great location.”

“Lots of wonderful dressy dresses at an average of £45. One assistant was an absolute star! Extremely helpful, put a dress aside for us and hovered helpfully. When we returned the other assistant was pretty grumpy which marred an otherwise excellent experience. I love that they leave a pair of dress shoes in the changing room to borrow to help get a feel for the look!”

“I went in on Sunday 27th July. Approximately 2pm to collect an online purchase, and the two young women on the till were so helpful and went out their way to help me, as i bought an item in the shop but i needed to go to a different collection point. But went out of their way to make my life easier, They helped me navigate retrieving my collection code, and one got the item for me, whilst i paid for the ither time , team work in action, they were an absolute credit to the store. I should have got their names.”

“This store is quite new in the town. It is cheap and cheerful but quality isn't all that bad to be fair. Kids school polos are fairly decent and at £2.50 for two are almost throwaway items but seem to wash well. Manager very helpful also.”

And the shoes have a nice variety in stock to from stilletos boots and trainers available up to size 8. Also on offer are a lovely selection of coats available in different lengths and styles. Clothes sizes available are sizes 6 to 18.”

“We where seen by a lovely girl called Maddie , we came in to get our little girl meshered up for her first ever shoes now shes trying to walk we felt realy cared for she didnt mind us snaping a couple picks as we went along it sounds silly but after a long road to getting to have our own baby this was one of the experances we where realy excited for and im so glad we where cared for by maddie she was lovely and a credit to your staff On the off chance she rembers us we where the rainbo shoes in a 3g , rainbo shoes for the rainbo baby”

“August 2025: Now moved to a new location around the corner in the former Next shop location close to JD Sports. I saw an add on my phone about a special offer at Mataland. So, I went to my local store at West Quay retail park. I went inside and was looking around for the item. I found the entire store to be really tidy and well set out as if it had just opened. I found a member of staff who, I later discovered was the manageress. I bought the item on offer and continued to look around the store. I was very impressed by everything. I don’t normally shop here but upon seeing this immaculately displayed store I will definitely be coming back again. The prices are also very good value too.”

“When open the store is a great place to visit , great value for items , very polite and helpful staff. Stock well presented. Plenty of dressing rooms ( not able to use due to Covid) .
