“Very reasonably priced for Alton Towers. Most for outlets there are a rip off, but Woodcutters was on part with most pub food prices and the food was good, not great, bit could have been worse. Not much atmosphere though.”

“We found the Masons Arms whilst looking for a venue that catered for Gluten Free. All I can say is WOW…….. What attention to detail. Fabulous food, great service and attention to detail. Gave us confidence as a family that they know how to cater for specific dietary needs. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch. So much choice and will definitely be back.”

“Deniz is a lovely place to come for food, this is the second time I have been and both times, the service, staff and atmosphere has always been incredible. Everything on the menu is delicious, the food comes out very prompt! The staff have always been extremely friendly, they couldn’t do anymore for you. I first came for my Mum’s birthday at Lunch and we had such a lovely time, we said we would recommend and come back. Tonight we came for my friends birthday and they couldn’t have done enough for us, they even sang him Happy Birthday in Turkish. Very kind people and we will bring more people back to this restaurant.”

“I had a great time at Riminis Cafe in Crewe. The restaurant has an interesting design and decoration with Turkish elements, such as carpets, cushions, lanterns, and paintings. The staff are nice and friendly, and they make you feel welcome. I ordered the Mixed Grill, which is a collection of all delicious Turkish grill items, such as lamb adana kebabs, chicken adana kebab, lamb shish and more. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. I also tried the Falafel, which was different from the classic falafel I usually have. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice flavour of herbs and spices. I loved it even more with the Turkish chili sauce that came with it. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Turkish food or wants to try something new. Riminis Cafe is one of my favourite places to eat in Crewe.”

“My wife had a prawn cocktail starter, which was full of prawns. The sauce was very good, brown bread & butter. I had the Spanish meat platter, which was lovely. Mains were fish & chips, ham chips, fried eggs, old school. Service was 1st class.”

“I love it here! I have never been disappointed. We went this evening for my birthday celebration and my daughters. No apparent kids menu but chef made her exactly what she wanted and she ate it all. Our food also 10/10. Honestly so delicious! Great food variety on my plate tasty and healthy. Clean table knives and forks glasses sparkling. Waitress was kind and friendly and made so much effort not OTT but attentive and smiley and knew her stuff. Wine recommendation lovely. Yorkshire puddings worth every syn on slimming world. “Today we were celebrating my sister’s 70th Birthday and what better place to accommodate 19 of us? Some of us had been before but others hadn’t. The ones who’d been before for the Sunday buffet couldn’t wait to come again and the others thought it was ideal. From start to finish the staff were friendly & efficient, the food was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. A really enjoyable way to celebrate a 70th Birthday with family. We will be back.”

“We visited the Combermere Arms as a group the night before our wedding down the road at Combermere Abbey. Everything was fantastic! The team were wonderfully accommodating after we had emailed to make arrangements. The food and service were fantastic and we were so well looked after. The menu had a brilliant range of dishes with lots of gluten free options (1 coeliac guest) and we would definitely love to visit again to sample more. The vibe of the pub was just lovely and the atmosphere was perfect.”

“Driving from Glasgow to South Wales we (4) needed somewhere with great food and great real ale for a relaxed stop in mid afternoon. Just less than 3 miles from junction 17 M6 we phoned ahead to make sure the opening hours hadn't changed and what ales were available. A charming girl confirmed 4 ale selections and that the kitchen was open all day until 8pm. We arrived at 14.15 and were seated near the bar. The food was second to none. Piping hot and fresh, local and delicious. Exceptional value. We were told the pub had been in the same family for over 30 years and Jake, the owners' son, was obviously clearly passionate about his role in the business and his ale husbandry. One of the most perfect stops we have ever made and would return in a heartbeat.”

“This was by far the best curry we have had in a long time, if not ever. The staff were friendly and polite. There isn't a huge amount of room around much of the tables inside, so accessibility may be an issue for some, but that would be the only criticism I could make. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'm looking forward to going back.”
