Listened attentively and changed advice based on actually assessing me rather than just trying to fob me off like other pharmacies in the local area I had tried. Would really recommend!”

“Excellent service with very good staff. I don't know how anybody could rate them 1 star. It does get busy at times and this will reflect the time you wait however, staff are courteous and helpful throughout the process. Customers need to understand that like most services, Pharmacists are often strained for staffing etc. so waiting a few minutes is not bad customer service.”

“Beth was extremely helpful when we had to obtain an urgent prescription item whilst away from home (Kent) earlier this week. She telephoned our local pharmacy when the "script was sent to the wrong place and got it released to Spine (NHS. prescription nationwide service) in order that she could prepare the 'script for us to collect. She returned a call when she said she would and made sure the item was available for dispensing immediately 'script had been released to Spine preventing any further delays. Well done Beth.”

“Always been helpful and polite to me - not sure why there’s so much negativity. Staff get a lot of pressure that I’ve not witnessed in other pharmacies even with similar wait times…firm but fair, obviously a busy shop. Female pharmacist is very efficient and male pharmacist who’s in on Fridays is very caring and patient with people who don’t seem to warrant patience. Big improvement in last 12 months - went from a 4 hour queue to a 2 min queue and a 10 min wait for a big prescription so I can’t complain.”

“Fantastic friendly pharmacy! I moved my preferred pharmacy to here recently due to them being so helpful and quick with dispensing prescriptions. I had an issue where I made a mistake and was late in requesting a prescription, meaning I'd run out on the day the signed off prescription reached the pharmacy. This pharmacy usually asks for 2 working days to fulfil prescriptions (my old pharmacy asked for 2 weeks!) Despite it being my fault, they were able to help me and dispense the medicine the day they received it, which really helped me out. Every time I visit, I always find them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't recommend them enough!”

The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”

“Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.”

“I’ve just had a catio enclosure (2.8m x 2.4m x 2.4m) installed by ProtectaPet, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent, our four indoor cats love it, and we can finally open the patio doors to let in fresh air while the cats come and go as they please. “Found this hidden gem today whilst looking for a long lead for our dogs. Our trainer suggested a horse lunge line and on searching online for a local supplier this store came up. A quick phone call to check they stocked what I was looking for this morning and a visit this afternoon to purchase them. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistant dealt with our enquiry. The items we required were very reasonably priced too. A vast array of stock mainly for horses but quite a bit of dog equipment too including harnesses, collars etc. Highly recommended”

“We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!”

“Highly recommend. We brought our 11 year old Bichon here with a partially torn cruciate ligament - anaesthetic is risky for her so we wanted to avoid surgery. Best choice we made was to bring her to David for hydrotherapy and laser therapy. A week before Christmas, she hurt her leg on a walk and couldn’t put any weight down on it. After 4-5 visits, she’s as good as new. For a dog who hates puddles, she was SO excited to see David and go in the water tank. Thank you!”

“On Saturday I had to have my cat put to sleep. The care, love and compassion from Deborah was amazing. Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. After she had died Deborah was still talking to her, even as we left I could hear her chatting to Heidi. Such care and true compassion I have never seen before. God bless you Deborah xx”
