“Good stock of everything you could ever want for your pond, lake or aquarium. All the fish appeared to be healthy and well kept. All the plants were very healthy, and in good condition. The water features and aquariums and ponds on show were all very beautiful. They sell all sorts of treatments and equipment. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge and advice with you, in a very friendly way.”

“Heidi is a fantastic dog groomer, she takes her time with each dog and doesn’t charge extra. My dog has lost his eye and is very timid, he’s also a pug which they are badly behaved whilst having any sort of maintenance, Heidi always manages to cut his nails, bathe and de-shed him he loves going to Heidi and she is very good with him. I would definitely highly recommend Heidi’s hound hut. Definitely someone you can trust with your precious pooch!”

“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

“Amazing staff work so so hard and have to put up with abusive language and threatening behaviour from customers daily some even racist. Really seen the staff go above and beyond for customers ! Yes it's unfortunate when they close for lunch but everyone deserves a lunch and shouldn't receive abuse for a basic human right. Staff have NEVER served anyone I know or myself or family with any attitude but they won't take abuse from customers, which is very fair! Great staff not so great customers.”

“Beth was extremely helpful when we had to obtain an urgent prescription item whilst away from home (Kent) earlier this week. She telephoned our local pharmacy when the "script was sent to the wrong place and got it released to Spine (NHS. prescription nationwide service) in order that she could prepare the 'script for us to collect. She returned a call when she said she would and made sure the item was available for dispensing immediately 'script had been released to Spine preventing any further delays. Well done Beth.”
