“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Vets Now Stoke. My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. It really helped ease some of my anxiety knowing Kya was in such capable and caring hands. In moments like this, the last thing you want to think about is finances, but Amanda was once again amazing — patient, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the man who answered my initial phone call (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and he was so calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone — exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you all for the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed both Kya and me. You made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable, and I’m so grateful”

Tesco's contacted the manufacturers and made sure that she received it . Sevice prompt and pleasant at all times, had a problem which the regular pharmacist dealt with. “After been turned away from a pharmacy being told that there was nothing they could do for my sore swollen throat and roof of mouth even though I told them I was struggling to eat and drink and felt unwell (without even assessing me) simply told visit your dentist or doctors, I went to my usual pharmacy in ASDA as always really polite and helpful staff and the pharmacist was amazing as always She gave me a proper check over and told me I was boarder line throat infection and although anti biotics aren't advised at this time that I was to go back in 2 - 3 days if it wasn't any better to get anti biotics she did however she did give me a throat spray with antiseptic and numbing stuff and explained the difference between what I had already tried and what she was giving me Absolutely amazing service as always ( i only went to other pharmacist as it was close to work) In future I will stick to where I know Highly recommend Liz”

“I'm on holiday locally and embarrassingly I had come without my tablets. I submitted an Emergency Prescription request via the NHS app to collect at this chemist. The lady who served me couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted the request for me, providing me with enough tablets for a month, to save having to pay again for the prescription and I left with the said tablets. Proper friendly customer service. Thank you.”

I am disabled and if I am really struggling and poorly staff have been kind enough to bring my prescription to the car for me. Highly recommend.
