“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“I started to use this Co op store regularly now on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice Co op and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. This means we won't be visiting again as we can go to places like that much closer to home. “Booked a table for 3 for lunch on Friday. Tim greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. He even took photos for us. The food was delicious and the service was great as always. It's such a lovely place to go and eat and then finish with a walk around the shop or the garden centre or both. Just love Jackson's Nursery.”

“I visit here because they have quite a few niche products which my kids love. Things like Ramune, special versions of sweets and crisps etc. Staff are always friendly and helpful, a great shop to have in Stoke-on-Trent which offers something different to the normal shops.”

“We held my friends baby shower at hettys today and they kindly let us have the upstairs room and served us high tea. It was such a beautiful room and we felt very special. The food was amazing and the scones were out of this world.”
