“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

“First time I have tried Chinese food from here. Very impressed the food was delicious. Definitely ordering again. I had lemon chicken and fried rice. BBQ ribs in syrup. Generous portions.”

“Never a bad meal out of here. Although the new staff have cocked a few recent orders up i wont hold it againt them Good kebab shop overall and i remain a regular.”

“Chicken platter is delicious and portion is well above average. Onion rings are also great and really cheap. Chicken popcorn are more flavored than KFC. Bonus, the lady at the counter was lovely.”

“Food is on point the new deal Family Feast is outstanding a variety which no one in stoke Hanley branch can beat it got your juicy chicken wings with the succulent zinger or fillet burger + Fries not just that you got the 12inch Freash dough pizza top of if with drink thrown in to finish it off. Dixy hats off to you are smashing it.”

“Nice little cafe with reasonable prices. Ordered basic breakfast for both us (eggs slightly overcooked) which portions are just enough for us, will come back again next time.”

“If you've been to the Legoland Pizza place this is exactly the same. The price for the buffet is good (use you merlin pass for a discount). They do a gluten free (gf) pizza base and a selection of made to order toppings. I have to say that unlike a lot of high street pizza chains these gf bases are actually GOOD. They take about 10-15mins, order from the till. I ordered 2 and ate both! For everyone else these is a good selection of pizzas brought out at a good rate + pasta and salads. There is also unlimited coke branded drinks.”

“Decided to try the place despite the mixed reviews and it did not disappoint I was welcome by a friendly greeting and my food was done in minutes I decided to try their Singapore chow mein and their salt and pepper chicken It was super lovely as the pictures have shown I would recommend to others and I will come again”

“One of the best take out in Hanley.Just wonderful.The food is amazing.My partner and I are regular customers over other after a long day of work we occasionally go in there for a zinger burger meal it's absolutely wonderful.The spicy zinger patty is just heavenly.The owner is so amazing he is one of the most friendliest guy I have ever met.I would recommend everyone checking it out.”

“Easy to order at the self-service. I only got a cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, and two smoothies (no fries), which took longer than expected—about ten minutes. But it was worth it; the food was super fresh, and the nuggets were still steaming.”

“Currently (Sept 2025) the best Chinese around. We have takeaways regularly and we shop around. We've tried most in Crewe, mostly OK- just OK. This one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Quick, hot, very tasty, a bit pricey. But overall excellent. Geoff, Shavington.”

“Ordered a takeaway for three people. The food arrived absolutely on time. Portions were generous, the food was delicious and even after a five-mile journey it was still piping hot. I’d give six stars if I could. Obviously I can’t comment on atmosphere etc. as this was a takeaway order.”

“Really tasty food, made quickly & cheaper than other Chinese options nearby. Be careful they do only accept cash, make sure to bring it with you. Huge portion sizes too!”

“Can’t fault this place dawn and her staff are all so very welcoming it’s like your at home ,service is spot on staff remember you from past visits and food presented to a high standard, it’s such a sad shame it is closing we had heard wispers it was and asked in the hope it was just a rumour but no ,a lot of local people like myself will not find another place like this . It needs to stay please reconsider”

“Not sure what all the negative review’s are about, as alway people quick to moan. We’ve been fitting our kitchen recently and we had some issues with gas ect so have been eating out more than often. Krunchies have been great, consistent quality, good portion sizes and not overly priced. Everything we’ve had has been great, very tasty. We’ve noticed that KFC have been rubbish of late, in our opinion Krunchies is better. Ignore the negative comment’s and give them a go.”

“Was so hungry when I ordered I was worried I might starve to death. Took a while to come but was so worth it. The pizza was really fluffy and had just the right amount of sauce on, meat was amazing tasted smoked and cheese crust was banging. Chicken is tasty, burger is amazing, had to choke back a tear when eating, that good.”

“Our old favourite used to be evergreen and then lynns but they changed and the food wasn't as nice. We tried lotus blossom and loved it on the first try!!. Now it id our new favourite. Foods great and the quality is good, cheaper too. Also the waiting time is not bad 45 minutes to an hour whereas some take up to 2 hours and then the foods cold, with lotus we have never had any issues with this. Thanks for the great meals!!!.”
