“I can’t recommend Elle highly enough. I have been bringing Dexter here for day care, for 2 years now. He’s always so excited and happy to be going! He loves all the different walks he goes on and socialising with all the dogs in day care. Elle is really professional and takes time to get to know each and every dog. We also get photos and videos each day Dexter is there as well, which is great to see what’s he’s been doing each day.”

“I cannot rate Vets4Pets Shelfield highly enough, 10 stars wouldn't be enough! From the moment you walk through the door you and your pets are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite. Check out the photo and see how chilled Ten is sitting on the scales! Thank you Pierce for curing Tens stubborn ear infection and for being so considerate of me being so emotional over my poorly 14yr old cat. Thank you to all the staff at Vets4Pets Shelfield, you are all absolute Stars! Pierce is also my daughter's dog's favourite, she was happy really”

“I’ll be honest – I had lost faith in Boots because of a terrible experience at their Telford store, which is, without a doubt, the worst store ever in UK. The service there was appalling, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. However, this particular store has completely restored my trust in the brand. Every time I pop in, I receive the best service, and it’s always a positive experience. I especially want to commend one of the managers. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s an Asian male with glasses who consistently goes above and beyond. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to excellent customer service are exceptional. Thank you to this store and its amazing team for showing how customer service should be done. If only all Boots stores operated like this one!”

The Pharmacist was very impressive, even helped with a query regarding my son, if that was the GP, they would have asked me to book another appointment for the query. Lovely selection of lollipops too, lovely little treat as a diabetic.”

“The best doggy day care you could get. Pete and Sally look after our dog like she is their own. We couldn’t ask for a better home from home for our beloved dog - so much so she tries to get in the van given a chance when we are out on our walks!! Sally and Pete send videos throughout the day and keep the dogs busy constantly, which is amazing. Can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they give our dog.”
