“We visit many Starbucks, the service is always consistent. In this particular branch we had great service from Sai and Adi. These two Gents had great communication and were very friendly. Thank you”
“It was very quiet as it was close to closing time, but staff were attentive, the restaurant was clean and tidy, service was quick and efficient, but most importantly, the coffee beautiful, thank you, you made waiting on my bus pleasurable.”
“Have been visiting Costa all over the world and I must say the manager David and his staff are second to none. The cappuccinos are the best I have had anywhere, the toilets are always spotless and the tables always shining. This is now my local Costa for my cappuccino fix every morning. Harry. (Belfast)”
“Always good coffee, decent tray bakes, comfortable seating. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre, head upstairs - loads of extra space, accessible too due to the lift. Good job, Costa!”
“A big shout out to Cristina. The best barista in town. She always deliver the flat white. Me and my husband always look forward to our morning coffee. She always deliver the best coffee when she’s working. The only reason we come to this place! Thank you and keep it up!”

The yoghurt with granola was delicious and the South Fry was very tasty or so I'm told. I can't recommend this place highly enough and am really looking forward to a return visit it was lovely to have a pot of tea with loose tea 5 stars xxxx”
“Great little coffee shop. Good range of teas and delicious little cakes and biscuits. I would have posted a picture of the homemade jammy dodger but it was so good I ate it before I took a photo! Money goes to charity and you are asked to pay a donation which is a great idea. Very relaxing after a hectic museum trek next door.”
“Genuinely lovely owners who are very welcoming, always remembering regulars’ names. Delicious food and comfortable surroundings. A little gem!”
“Yes, I can buy and eat my own flowers for breakfast! Beautiful brunch enjoyed on my first, but imagine it will not be my last, visit to this fantastic cafe in Newtownards. Choosing gluten free cost me my sausages but the dish more than made up for my initial disappointment. Food quality was superb, portion generous and the gluten free bagel was a bonus. Would heartily recommend. Very friendly and helpful servers and I loved the interiors of this place as well. Note: at busy times you may have to wait for tables of four but I was quickly seated as I only needed a table of one. Totally worth a wait though if you ever find that there is one!”
“We had an amazing lunch at Brew and Bake. I had the pulled pork hash and the other half had cheese sandwich. Coffee was good. Will be back for cinnamon rolls next time”
