I was surprised at the selection of savoury nibbles on selection, and was drawn to the beetroot wrap - it was recommended to be served warm by the staff, and it was delicious! The outdoor seating and our current spell of good weather certainly makes you feel that your sitting somewhere is Europe!”

I just wanted to say that the service and friendliness of the staff was second to none The two girls behind the counter are a credit to the business. It’s such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and they really put their customers at the centre of all they do.”

“I went to Canteen for lunch with friends this week and it was great. The service was friendly and professional. I had a sausage roll and parmesan fries and it was delicious - maybe the best sausage roll I've had in a cafe in Belfast! The meat was peppery and tasty and the pasty was crisp and buttery. Highly recommended.”

It was a complete surprise for her and the staff helped achieve the illusion and making her feel special. We can’t thank the staff enough for all their efforts in helping make the day run smoothly, help with decorating and in making sure all our guests were welcomed.
