“Had wonderful trip to the Saracens Head with my husband over the weekend for our anniversary. The service truly made our little trip even more enjoyable with delicious food and friendly helpful staff, having a lovely chat. The pub had a warm atmosphere and made our special day even better. My husband and I can't fault our lovely lunch here and would recommend to anyone.”

“So this Costa is a pretty good Costa. It's by a main road, but that's to the plants/ layoit the road is shielded from view. The outdoor area is nice and the seating inside is ok. Only small problem is the entrance to the car park is a pain in the bum, it's only really wide enough for one modern car to drive through.”

“Fabulous food; hot, cold, sweet, savoury, eat in or takeaway. Portions massive. Staff friendly and all working hard. Chilled atmosphere inside, plenty of seats to sit in. Parking ease dependent upon time as street only.”

“I ate here 3 nights on the trot whilst on a work trip at the NEC. All 3 meals were absolutely outstanding, huge compliments to the chef. I would highly recommend eating here! A stunning setting, with an open fireplace and low beams. Plus a really nice chilled outdoor area at the front of the pub.”

“Very nice decor, large restaurant with plenty of different seating and levels. Staff was very attentive and sat us very quickly, it was a quiet day. The table was big enough for all our food, there was salt and pepper at the table. We used a buyagift voucher with a set menu, this was very easy to use. Food was great, served quickly, staff checked on us regularly and were very nice and polite. We parked in the Asda car park as we did a little shopping afterwards (3h free parking).”

“I celebrated my 60th birthday here on 9th July together with my large family. We had 'the best time' The staff were exemplary and nothing was too much for them to make this occasion a special and memorable one for us. We all said that we felt as if we were on holiday somewhere in Africa. Great atmosphere both inside and out. Super place to enjoy a few hours and of course with great food and drinks!! “After visiting Earlswood garden centre and being underwhelmed I went onto to Ambleside. Found the plant I wanted AND a great selection of sale plants in good order. Could hardly carry them all. Then a pot of tea and a scone served promptly with a smile - so much better than the visit to the cafe in other garden centre. Highly recommended.”

“I've recently moved to area so exploring the local pubs lol. got to say this place has plenty of seating/ tables, staff welcoming even if your a new face lol ... fast service..menu with lots of options ...plenty of parking ( make sure you enter your reg on tablet by the entrance as the car park managed by a third party ) ... I walk or cycle here .. nice segregation of sky sports area from dining area if you want to watch footie ..outside area plentiful of picnic tables...and there's a bowling green/club”

“We had our Christmas party here and it was without a doubt the best that we have experienced. The food was exceptional and plentiful. There was no waiting between courses. I would highy recommend the Beef and the cheesecake !! The staff were friendly and the music was great.”

“We arrived by narrow boat, late afternoon on a Sunday, enjoyed a roast dinner, with two Yorkshire puddings. Visited at other times for drinks good range of beers. Always a warm welcome for our dog and for us. Large carpark where at the bar you have to enter your car registration. Very easy to complete. Also the staff are very helpful. We enjoyed our visits and would certainly visit again ...Thank you.”
