“We visited huw and grays on the 30.10.24 looking for decorative aggregate. We had already brought some from a garden centre, it was nowhere near enough. We asked a member of staff for help after finding one we liked. The lady we spoke to was extreme helpful and tried to contact a supplier bit no one was answering the telephone. She tried a number of time but could not contact them. She took our telephone number and said she would call us when she got a reply. She rang us the same afternoon but unfortunately the supplier had discontinued the product. We said that we would visit again. We called again on the 1.11.24 and spoke to another member of staff who was equally as helpful and after checking a number of sites found another aggregate which we liked and agreed to buy. It was delivered on Friday afternoon as agreed The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. The service we had was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend Huw and Grays. “The staff at Aston were brilliant from the design to the supply of our new kitchen.I had lots of questions over a few weeks and all were answered quickly ,they were so helpful.Once the kitchen was ordered it was quickly delivered and the support and help continued.Its so assuring to deal with such professionalism as I feel this is lacking in a lot of companies.I would definitely recommend these guys and especially Dani,Kas and Teo.”

The timber is very good quality and prices are great but more so, the customer service is excellent. I've never waited long for my materials even on deliveries. “Give it 5 stars didn't deliver there has I had 15'10" trl has all approaches are 15'6" to travis perkins called them and the lady I spoke to advised me that the bridge are 15'6" even the bridge near the railway inn not mark up at all on Google maps so be aware with high trls .thank you”

“An independent, family operated business which I have been using for many years. Conveniently located on Silver street next to the lidl's so free parking which is a bonus in Kings Heath. Great shop for DIY supplies, household goods, kitchen utensils, garden supplies and a variety of items that I have needed over the years. If they haven't got the item in stock they will usually get it in for you, if they can't, they will direct you to a place that does sell it which shows their customer focused ethics. My favourite thing about this shop has to be the plant selection, they have plants all year round but in the spring it really takes off. Houseplants, shrubs, climbers, vegetable plants, ferns, alocasias, philodendrans, succulents, difenbrachias, monsteras, hellebores, herb plants, peace lilies the list goes on! I've had plants for my garden, my home and as presents for friends. The prices are highly competitive which means I can buy several plants at a time and the owners have extensive knowledge so provide advice if needed. I highly recommend this shop and will be using for many years to come.”
