The staff are friendly enough and they've never been rude or snappy to me or my family so that's a bonus! Only downside I'd say is there's not a lot of choice where food is concerned after about 12pm or 1pm other than cakes, scones, teacakes and general afternoon tea type foods. If you want a sausage sandwich or something then you'll have to come in the morning :)”
