It was without a doubt the best Balti I’ve ever had with service to match and much better than anything I’ve had on Stoney Lane or Ladypool Road. It’s also good to see a restaurant this busy with a level 5 food hygiene rating.”

“Absolutely amazing dining experience here! Seated quickly and staff very attentive and to hand. Service was quick and and price's very reasonable. We had one mistake with a missing item from our order but our waitress was able to resolve this very fast and due to the mistake item was null and voided on our receipt. Good selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan food items. Great selection of drinks to choose from Didn't get to try the deserts as our starters and mains filled us up but i guarantee they would also be amazing.”

“Came here as a group of 4 last Saturday before a show at the Utilita. Had a lovely meal and an overall positive experience! Service was excellent and food was superb. We had a wide selection of dishes including: Meatballs Patatas bravas Fries Calamari Chicken wings Padron peppers Paella Garlic mushrooms Croquettes Tortilla All food was fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this place if you are a tapas fan! Sangria was really good too.”

“First time visitor to The Court Oak, received a friendly welcome when came in. The lady serving on the bar was friendly, and checked if had parked so can validate the parking. I did not not need to, but nice that would be a reminder if did. I did not have to wait to be served at the bar, the drink was served quickly, nice and cold and with a smile. It is deceptively spacious inside, with lots of areas to sit and relax. All of the tables were clean and tidy. Spotted they have Franks Red Hot sauce on the tables - have not seen that out before in a Sizzling - definitely a bonus for the spice fans. I will have to come for dinner sometime! Look forward to returning!”

“Went on a Thursday evening to the Red cow. Thought the worst as there was 1 table occupied by diners. How wrong we were! We went for the ‘fat cow’ chilli chips, masala chips, lollipop chicken, chilli lollipops and 3 naans. We asked for the chips and naans to be upgraded on the fat cow as it only comes with plain but it was lost in translation so we got 3 plain naans and 2 chips additional to what we wanted. The fat cow grill itself was sensational. Lamb chops - great taste, perfect amount of charring. All the chicken was juicy and full of flavour. Fish pakora - nice light batter, lots of meaty fish. The chilli chips were unreal, so so good! Definitely recommend them with the chilli lollipops. Certainly no scrimping on the portions! The only slight criticism is the grill wasn’t sizzling when it came out but it was on a oven tray as it was so big! It says on the menu it serves 8-10, there was 5 of us and we were all stuffed. Would definitely go back, be great to go when it’s busy. One of the best mixed grills we’ve all had, up there with Champys, new hen and chickens etc. Update… we went back for our Xmas mixy, again quiet inside in the dining area but the mixy was first class. Had the £42 fat cow again. Was 6 of us, with 2 cobras to top it off we were all stuffed. The chilli chips and chilli lollipop are a must. Chips are battered and covered in chilli sauce…. Unbeatable! Football was on prime too! Thanks red cow for rounding off this year with a class mixy!”

“This lovely Costa is located just inside the main entrance of Melbicks Garden Centre. As with the garden centre dogs are welcome and there are seats where you can safely sit with your dog. Weather and inclination permitting, you can even sit outside in the fresh air. A great visit.”
