“I have been coming here regularly for over a year. The atmosphere, food and shisha is always amazing. The service is great. Nikki is very welcoming, open and down to earth. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves shisha and good food.”

“Staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly in fact they are probably the best members of staff we have encountered in all the premier inn hotels so far. “First time here and loved every bit. The server was attentive and stopped by a couple of times to see that everything was okay. Service was prompt and the sunday roast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and ambience was good”

“Have dined many times at San Carlo over the years living in Birmingham. Food is always good. Wine list caters to all budgets. And they have great seafood dishes. There are two levels to the restaurant and we were sat at a table tucked away which was great. Lots of mirrors with a ceiling full of artificial roses. It’s over the top but suits the venue and adds to the experience. Great wine. Lots of Italian choices. We had a couple bottles of the primitivo after a round of negronis (pleased an Italian place can make these well too) My starter was overdone under the grill. I’ve had the baked aubergine parmagiano many times and this unfortunately wasn’t their best. Monkfish tagliatelle and the shared dessert more than made up for it. The dessert was three mini portions per person and a limoncello shot for £9 each. Great value. Will look forward to my next visit.”

“This little Greek restaurant may be difficult to find as it's situated within the food hall on the ground floor of Selfridges. The wife and I had a very enjoyable meal here coupled with friendly and efficient service. Hard to fault. Update: Until today's visit, whilst the food was OK sadly the service was a bit of a shambles. Apparently two staff didn't turn up. However I have never had a problem here before and the manager apologised profusely and made a generous gesture. Things can go wrong and I have to give them credit for how they tried to put it right. We'll be back.”

“Great spot for a quick bite. You can pick dishes from the conyevor belt that are colour coded. There are altnerive things such as rice, noodles, sushi, and a strong range of sauces and flavours. Lots of range even if you have allergens or anything. Staff are so polite and kind! I would definitely recommend this spot if I could only choose one place to eat in the bullring.”

“Absolutely love the coffee at LEON on Birmingham New Street — one of the best-tasting coffees I’ve had in the area! Rich, smooth, and full of flavour. Always freshly brewed. Highly recommend for any coffee lover! I especially want to give a big shoutout to staff members — AGATQ , Mark and ABAD. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. “Finally a new start up with a different element to the typical burger franchises out there. They've got a crazy amount of sides and with good portions. Excellent staff, kind always cheerful. Food it nicely presented and tasty. Definitely something you should try if you want to spice up your usual take out.”

There are so called "Indian" restaurants and Takeaways out there and then there is VEGGIE MASTERS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Just use VEGGIE MASTERS and FORGET THE REST. Extensive menu. Don't just take my word, EXPERIENCE YOURSELF AND YOU SHALL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Shall keep on coming again and again.”

“Stopped by one afternoon for an ice cream and drink, we sat outside the restaurant which was pleasant. Friendly staff and the service was great, one of the staff members was kind enough to offer my friend a glass of water while she waited for me to finish(was a very hot day).”

“This place is honestly worth going to, it is not too pricey. It is the perfect place to go for brunch, lunch, dessert or to grab a drink. Menu: They have a variety of breakfast and brunch options. Although they have lunch options, whilst the lasagna (second picture) was delicious I would rather go there for desert as there are so many desert options. Food & Drinks: The food is delicious and are great portion sizes. I ate every last bite and would totally recommend at least trying a lunch meal. The drink (first picture) was lovely and so was the strawberry milkshake (third picture), you have to try this! Bathroom: Only one toilet but it was clean, had good lighting with a big mirror if you wanted to take a selfie ;) They also have a flower wall (which can be found in background in third picture) this would be perfect for selfies! Service: The service is excellent, we were served by a gentleman named Zunaid (sorry if misspelled) he was able to describe the dishes on the menu perfectly. We also got our meals within 15-20 minutes of ordering which was great. Parking: Unfortunately there is no parking in front of this place so you would have to park on side streets which was not a problem. Overall, I would definitely recommend going here as the food is delicious and the service was excellent!”

“Cody is a legend. He made me a focaccia sandwich. I asked him to surprise me with the contents and he did not disappoint! With spicy salami, dried tomatoes, mayo and cheese, it was delicious. I didn't take a picture because I ate it before I could look for my phone and I'm not sorry, it was so worth it.”

“We organised a private event for my sisters hen do last weekend where we privately hired the venue and they provided catering for us all. We had 20 people in total of which 8 are vegetarian and no vegans but everybody loved the food, it was delicious. They had thought of everything, playlists, table layout, self serve water on the side and even a tripod to take some group photos. We had a fantastic time and it was so special to have the venue to ourselves with sharing food and excellent service. Thank you again, would highly recommend!!”
