βVery quiet. Not so much a park but what was left of the countryside before they built a huge housing estate. Itβs all up hill or down hill. A few benches. Small play area with climbing frames. A bowling green. Tennis courts. I was in the area but I couldnβt see myself ever travelling there on purpose.β
βThis is a lovely park to explore, with some beautiful trees to admire. A favourite exercise spot for my household!β
βPerfect little outing for the family and friends and the littleuns absolutely loved it. Lots of rides for the kids to jump between, with also mini golf, trampolines and bouncy castle and slide. Also a big free playground to continue or start the party - make sure you take lots of changeβ
βA great little park. A well kept paddling pool for children to enjoy. Spent a few hours here enjoying time with my grandchildrenβ
βMy kids loved the place, supervisor was great walking around to check if everything is great, there was a guy I think his name is Brooklyn he was great with the kids he even played a racing game with my daughter and son. We would be back most definitely.β
βWanted to see Wicked part 2 but all the cinemas local to me only had late evening showings - this one turned out to be closer to my work place and had far more regular showings which made it perfect for an after work trip. Comfortable seats with a recline feature which felt like a special treat and the whole cinema was very clean and well kept. Would love to come back.β

βA convenience store that stays open late most nights and is easy parking and accessibility just off the wednesbury M6 turning ideal for stocking up on food for an onward motorway journey or if in the locality to stock up on groceries for your house as I put it's easy parking and wheel chair accessibility so call in --the owner is a friendly ladβ
βA decent sized field with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. Good parking and there's a farm shop on site where you can pick up fresh milk and other local products. The field gets quite muddy when wet so I recommend wearing wellies. A great place if, like me, you've got a reactive dog who can't normally run off the lead. Hourly time slots are bookable and it's particularly good value if you're bringing 2 or 3 dogs.β
βFab large play area for kids and big open field, with wooded area. Very popular with dog walkers. Good parking areaβ
βExpansive park which is intersected by the River Cole, itβs possible to do a large circuitous walk from the High St, along one side, through fields to woodland to wild meadow, cross a small bridge before getting to the A446, and return on the opposite side. Thereβs lots of wildlife if youβre observant, and plenty of open spaces for dog walking.β
βStayed in many times itβs are Favorite place we love it for itβs location and the standard of the Caravans. A special mention to Lauren and staff in the booking office always get a welcome with a smile and always dealt with care and excellent customer service will be returning xxβ
βA very pretty park with a large lake in the middle and plenty of facilities.β
βLovely little park and small wooded area. Paths/trails were good. It's really nice by the river and there's an open grass area if you keep walking.β
βNice park with good connections, it's easy to park and connects to the canal. Disabled parking is decent and the park is wheelchair accessible with a few different areas (woods, open space, lake etc). Usually clean with not much litter - bins emptied regularly. The lake isn't massively impressive but it's nice to see the swans, geese and ducks. There's a playground for children which is quite popular. The flower garden is also nice.β
βSwanshurst Park, a sprawling green oasis nestled within Birmingham's Moseley district, offers a welcome respite from urban clamour. Its vast expanse caters to a diverse range of recreational activities, making it a popular destination for families, fitness enthusiasts, and those seeking a tranquil escape. The parkβs crowning jewel is undoubtedly its large, picturesque lake, which provides a stunning backdrop for leisurely strolls and picnics. A well-maintained path encircles the lake, offering accessible routes for walkers and cyclists alike. The abundance of mature trees and well-kept greenery creates a serene atmosphere, fostering a sense of calm and relaxation. For the more active visitor, Swanshurst Park boasts ample open spaces perfect for football, cricket, and other outdoor sports. A dedicated children's play area, equipped with modern play structures, ensures that younger visitors are well entertained. The park also hosts a variety of community events and activities throughout the year, fostering a strong sense of local belonging. While the park's size and popularity can lead to occasional crowding, particularly on weekends, the sheer scale of the space ensures that there's always room to find a quiet corner. The parkβs maintenance is generally commendable, with well-kept grounds and clean facilities. However, some areas could benefit from further investment in infrastructure. Overall, Swanshurst Park is a valuable community asset, offering a diverse range of recreational opportunities within a beautiful natural setting.β
βGreat for a nice relaxing walk or jog, there's also plenty of little wildlife friendsβ
βSpent many hours here as a youngster. Happy times.β
βBeautiful park, especially on a sunny day. Nice lake, don't see any junkies or shady people when I do come here. Parking is not too difficult to find.β
βGreat pump track its fun easy to get to and it is amazingβ
βI feel so good when walk so much longer in this park. Recomendedβ
βThis was my closest park to home when I was growing up! I hadn't been for many years so decided to take a walk round between showers on a Sunday afternoon. I was impressed by the Nature Trail carvings and the general upkeep of the area is a credit to the grounds people. I didn't go into the cafe but as we passed by I could hear lots of merriment and see several people inside, good to witness. I remember the old cafe which had a circular counter inside where I used to buy a small glass of raspberry pop!!!! I hope the water can be cleared of the silt and rubbish which is collecting at the edges of the lakes.β
βLovely clean park with multiple sections catering for all ages, playground, football, cricket, basketball, biking etcβ
βI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The location was excellent, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for rest. Breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options, and the dining area was always neat. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care. Overall, a truly memorable and pleasant experience.β

βThis place is massive in comparison to our local one. It's cleaned regularly, the inflatables themselves are spotless and the staff are really friendly. Only problem I've found is a missing lock on one bathroom stall but thats it. My step daughter and fiance love this placeβ
