Contacted ideas4pets & spoke to a very helpful lady called Dee who went out of her way to rectify the problem ensuring the correct one was delivered to me the very next day. Dee kept me updated as to what was happening, providing tracking numbers etc & displayed excellent customer services which is a rarity these days.
