βThe kebabs are absolutely delicious, very cheap compared to Kebab shops and their Turkish kebabs with rice underneath if youβve been to Turkey, you know what Iβm talking aboutand the guys who work there are very friendly and polite Highly recommendβ
βHands down my favourite takeaway. The vegan range is absolutely brilliant and all delicious. I think I am addicted to the vegan yasai fried rice! My Mum came down from the midlands recently to visit and ordered the chow mein which she said was the best she'd ever had. So much so, I have just ordered one for her to take up there with me tomorrow!β
βDeffo. One of the best cafes around Brighton. Happy and chill vibes all day and people there are so friendly. Also a great place for studying, reading etc.β
βSmall but comfortable cafe. Its tucked away but id been meaning to try it for a long time. Good sized portions and bot unreasonable prices. The staff where polite and efficient. The sausages where tasty and bacon smoky! The coffee was good too. If I was to have one criticism I would say the tomato catchup watery and the bottle obviously been reused many times. Still it didn't detract so much from my meal which was lovely.β
βGreat fresh food, friendly and fast.β
βSeems like mostly a takeaway place, very limited seating inside. My wife and I stopped by for our first fish & chip experience in the UK. It was great! Unlike the places down on the beach in Brighton you couldnβt smell semi-rancid oil from a block away. Everything here was fresh and clean. Our fish was cooked to order and the portions were much larger that expected. We are in town for three weeks, and we will definitely return.β
βA very smart, modern establishment with good counter service and very nice food, I had smoked salmon with dill on a focaccia which was delicious along with a date and chocolate cake, also delicious. The place was dog friendly inside and quiet which was good for my old girl, outside seating also available. A lot of thought had been put into the lighting and mood of the restaurant though I didn't quite understand the art, there is obviously a meaning but it was lost on me, not the restaurants fault, definitely mine. A bit pricey but often cost comes from quality and quality was evident in all aspects of this quirky eatery.β
βFull English Breakfast, Yummy !β
βMy favourite clothes shop in Brighton, the prices are incredible, the variety of clothes is great and so is the quality of the clothes. Bought a unique pair of black Dickies trousers that fit me perfectly only for Β£20. The staff/owners of the shop are super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.β
βDog friendly cafe with good food, great coffee and lovely staff. Our dog gets a sausage or chicken free of charge on every visit. We'll definitely be back!β
βAmazing portion size, quality and value. Will be back!β
βI have become a regular at tortilla now, itβs the best value for money, excellent portion sizes and the staff recognise my face now greeting me warmly everyday. Jane and Janet are amazing tjere customer service is exceptionalβ
βIβve been coming here for quite a while Claudia will cook you anything itβs always fresh and they have just started doing curry and curry sauce on chips which are very nice and fresh and very reasonably priced itβs worth stopping by if your nearβ
βReally good! We had a lovely meal here. We were a party of five, all vegetarian. There was a big selection of vegetarian food, lots of tofu dishes, loads of vegetable dishes and rice and noodley things. They have nice soups too. The food comes out lightening fast and is super fresh and hot. You can order as much and as often as you like. Just make sure you eat it all. Recommended.β
βFantastic roast! Ideal place and lovely atmosphere for a delicious Sunday roast! The Yorkshire pudding and gravy were especially good! Def recommend adding sides of pigs in blankets and cauli cheese too.β
βFound this restaurant as staying at a nearby Premier Inn. The atmosphere is lovely the staff are great and the food is some of the best Turkish food we've had. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.β
βA lovely cosy vintage tea rooms with an atmosphere to match the breakfast . 2 breakfast cooked just as we asked and the coffee and chai latte were just as good. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend . Cake looked lovely but will have to save that for next time as we were too full.β
βA very nice place for evening dinning. Dogs friendly and very nice garden open space for gathering. Staffs are very friendly and good service. Small car park at the back and a very good location after Seven sisters park visit for refreshments or dinning.β
βWas here last weekend and popped in for a snack . Great staff here who were attentive but not in your face. It's a great winter pub a proper country gem but also amazing in Spring and Summer with it's awesome garden and views over the Sussex countryside. Good was great and just a great place to go. Thanks for a lovely time. The group who run this pub also run The Bohemian in Eastbourne and in the Towner light again both atmospheric places with Good food and wonderful service.β
βHad lunch with my young family and had the Sunday burgers. There was good selection of burgers too cater for the stuff tastes and on Sunday they have a Β£10 offer. The cabin fries are also a must try. Would happily go again and enjoy their beer gardenβ
βI had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful gentleman at Londis. I didn't get to thank him enough for his exceptional care and service. Such a friendly and caring individual, he went out of his way to make the experience pleasant. Itβs rare to find someone who genuinely takes the time to ensure customers are looked after. Thank you for making my day with your kindness.β
βThis is a gem. Amazing food fabulous staff. Sunday roast best I've ever had. Stunning. Restaurant is so cozy and comfortable. A must visit can't wait to go back.β
βI had such a great experience at this restaurant! It was my second time trying Greek food, and it was completely different from my first time elsewhere. Both were so good, I tried different dishes. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. What made it even better was the staff, they were so friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. Iβll definitely be coming back!β
βI took my partner to The Flint House for her birthday and we had an amazing evening. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was incredible, and the service was exceptional. Alicia looked after us throughout the night and was brilliant β really friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wine list. Her recommendations were spot on and helped make the evening feel even more special. Highly recommend The Flint House for any occasion. Weβll definitely be returning!β
βA, quite frankly, sensational dinner at 64 Degrees. The tasting menu was brilliantly executed and being sat at in the heart of the action really makes for a wonderful dining experience. The chefs were fantastic and took time to chat and explain the dishes, too. You could feel (and taste) the passion. Personal highlight was the venison and birria taco dish which I can say was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The usual pairing wines weren't available but alternatives were well matched and complimented the dishes. The wine service was a tad slow but the house owned it and made up for it. A wonderful experience. Thank you.β
βReally loved the scene and vibes here on a Sunday morning . The eggs Benedict was perfect, couldn't have asked more to start the day.β
βWe had a Sunday roast and on another night had the awesome bangers and mash and were not disappointed with either. Omg so much food and all delish and lots of choices. Guinness gravy was excellent btw! Staff were brilliant too. Would highly recommend.β
βThe grilled mackerel was a magnificent, charred and succulent. As a solo walk in diner, I was made to feel so welcome, by everyone: mostly from Christian who goes out of his way to help you with the many great food choices while being honest. His charisma was great, made me laugh. It's testament to the ethos of this place is top notch!β
βAmazing food and service. Was recommended to us and we will come again.β
βWe went to the green man in Ringmer on Friday night. It was busy as usual but we managed to book a table for the 8 of us. As per usual the service and food was amazing. You get decent size portions for a very reasonable price. Itβs one of our go to restaurants. Can never fault the place, always great food and service.β
