βBeen in twice in the last week, both times I was quickly assisted by Danielle who was extremely helpful. She remembered me from my previous visit and my kids twins shoe sizes. Generally seemed happy to help and very smiley and approachable.β
βOMG! You have to try their fresh bread products. Honestly the best ever!! I never knew they stocked them but their sour dough whole loafs are better than any artisan bakery by far. Staff are amazing as they put up with so much hassle. Buy the bread and thank me laterβ¦β
βVisited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen. The staff were outstanding. The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities. In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case. This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!β
βVery good shoes, and the lady working at the counter at 2 PM today was very kind and professional.β
βI had a wonderful experience at Tesco Express today. The cashier, [cashier's name if you know it], was incredibly friendly and efficient, greeting me with a warm smile and making the checkout process a breeze. Their positive energy really brightened my day. Additionally, I was very impressed with the fresh produce selection. The fruits and vegetables looked vibrant and were well-stocked. I found everything I needed for my meals and was pleased with the quality and variety available. Overall, my visit to Tesco Express was a positive one, thanks to the excellent customer service and the impressive fresh produce. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.β
βIt's a Starbucks, what else to say....! What I would say is that the size of a small coffee to have in is Huge!! The large must be a bucket!! **.. I NEED TO EDIT THIS!.. I was recently refused service by one individual at this establishment as he thought I was drunk. Not his fault but probably just lack of training. I suffer from anaemia, low HB, COPD & internal gastronomy issues. The medication I take can make me drowsy and on occasion present as appearing intoxicated. I DID collapse once whilst in the establishment and needed an ambulance which took me to A&E for emergency blood transfusions. This is something I live with and often attend RSCH for blood transfusions & Iron infusions. I guess all I would say is that it's not his fault; but perhaps some more training from Starbucks for their staff, on interpersonal relationships between customers and employees? Perhaps regarding looking for signs & behaviors of customers, and how to differentiate between different types of presentation & behaviour?...be it a clinical issue and/or a socially disruptive one. To be clear; he wasn't rude to me but merely acting on how I presented, and working within whatever Health & Safety training had been made available to him. No hard feelings or resentment; in fact I would like to come back...perhaps with one of my primary careers next time ?? (they'll buy more coffees!). Regards, Justin Colman. PS; Obviously no Stars for this particular visit but this is a fluid situation and subject to change ! ...I've since caught up with this individual and questioned him on this issue. He was polite & respectful when I confronted him.... There are ways to settle these things but unfortunately he chose to hide behind a woman, whose presence was his defence and I presume his superior. That's a dick-move and he obviously knew it... She was polite and respectful as per her position requires. In fact I liked them both really!... but perhaps he would be better suited in a position that required less interpersonal skills... Gonna give you your 5 star rating back (even though I'm "banned"...haha) Reason being that, as a whole, I can't condemn the cafe as it is... it's just one bad apple that needs removal... PS: I LOVE those caramel-latte things you serve with cream and all that jazz...β
βThey have a good selection of products and not bad prices.β
βWe visited Sofology Hove last week with our family. James was amazing, not pushy at all, gave us lots of time but also knew when to leave us to chat. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite and has a great sense of humour! We looked at all the other sofa shops on the same site, and by far James and the range of sofas at Sofology were a reason to go back, which we did today. We made our selection, a 2 seater recliner with centre consul, and a 3 seater recliner. Again James was helpful, mindful of our requirements, and went through all aspects of our purchase from warranties to delivery. He remembered our names from the previous visit and the names of the 2 family members who weren't even with us this time round. The free swatches that arrived in a few days after our first visit are a really nice touch as the material looks very different in your home compared to in the shop. This may seem like a bit of a James review! But as such a pleasant sales person he was a huge reason why we continued to purchase with Sofology. Thank you James!β
βWe held our wedding reception at Stanmer House last Saturday and it was AMAZING! The venue is absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful and organised, and the food was delicious (our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had). We're still on cloud nine. We would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue and thank you again to all the staff that made it happen.β
βI've just moved to the area and this may be my new favourite supermarket!! Sheer range of items from home to food to clothing β Cheaper than my normal Tesco shop β Massive car park with many spaces β And the chefs kiss, I originally went in to the store for only a couple of things, managed to do a big shop and the staff were so friendly they helped me get a trolley for my items and helped me pack them at the end!! 10/10! Thanks ASDA!β
βWent above and beyond!! Came in with an issue concerning online order. Customer service ladies made sure my issue was solved. They even held the item so a handle could be attached. I didnβt have the strength. Glad to see good old fashioned customer services still being practiced. I half expected being told to return despite of a simple fix. Will use again and recommendβ
βThis is a great little shop. Staff are always helpful and friendly, it's actually one of the main reasons I go in there as it is out of my way but well worth it. Good choice of items.β
βVisited Co op, Hangleton Road this evening after Tesco, for Daily Mail. Tesco papers all tied up, couldnt sell me one. Lovely guy at the Co op. We have one left and i will re pack them. Fabulous service. This has happened before too !!! Well done Co op Customer Service. Im a great fan !!!β
βgood bargains! I love this shop!!!!!!β
βConvieniently located Starbucks across the road from Churchill Square. This one can get very busy, there was very few seats on the ground floor, but the upstairs has additional seating which (at the time) was very quiet, with only a few people in it. The tables were clean and each one has plug sockets and USBs which was nice. Staff are friendly. The toilets are located upstairs and didn't have a code, which were clean. Very positive experience :)β
βExcellent international food in London Road Brighton stop very polite shop fridge very clean absolutely delicious excellent everything or organised stuff very helpful and very patient assisting all the customers and answering all the question. Price very good The Shop is very easy access thank you so muchβ
βI had a Yodel parcel re-delivered to Blueberryβs in Brighton after a failed delivery to my property. Strangely, Yodel does not generate a collection code when you re-route a delivery to a shop a completely flawed system, considering youβd need a code to collect from a shop, not your home! Despite this, the team at Blueberryβs Jack and Eli took the time to run through thorough (and very time-consuming) security checks to make sure I was who I said I was, and still handed over my parcel. They didnβt have to do this, especially knowing they wouldnβt get paid for the collection and would have no proof I even received the parcel. Yodelβs system leaves them open to people falsely claiming packages were never picked up yet they helped me anyway. Yodel, frustratingly, accepted no responsibility and kept referring me back to the seller even though itβs Yodel who generates (or in this case fails to generate) the collection code! Massive thank you to Jack and Eli for their kindness, professionalism, and for going out of their way to help. Blueberryβs Newsagents deserve every bit of support. Itβs a small local business doing a big job with integrity.β
βI was. Booked in for a flu jab at 10.30. I arrived early but I was seen straight away rather than waiting. After a little difficulty find me on the NHS I was given the jab. The pharmacist was friendly and professional and informative. All good, Iβll be back next year for another flu jab!β
βBrilliant service. The pharmacist is very friendly and helpful.β
βGreat morrisons store with underground parking, lifts to and from the store, a wide selection, no clothing section like some of the larger stores but Great for grocery shopping.β
βGo in there quite often to buy my work boots such nice friendly staff always smiling and polite, the manager is always polite and willing to help, wouldnt buy from anywhere else keep up the good work guysβ
βI found this store very useful, personally. it certainly had everything i needed for a quick stirfry and drinks- it also seems to have a good selection of lunch options and even had wrapping paper and seasonal items- i think for the space allowed, they have good selection of essentials- also wheelchair access via an inside ramp with metal bars.β
βAlways been extremely friendly and fare. I've been going there for years and never had a problem with staff or buy back's. Everyone needs to remember its a business not a bank and it helps out a lot of households whether buying or selling items.β
βGreat variety of products .at great pricesβ
βFirst time getting something that wasnβt the Β£2 meal today. Had their veggie roast in a box. The potatoes were so crispy. The goats cheese and onion tart really tasty and for Β£6.95 this was so much food! Quick and friendly service too. Will be back for sure.β
βOnce again i found the Pharmacy team excellent. They solved my prescription issues and helped me immensly. Thanks to all the team.β
