We had some difficulty with a subdivision on our property, but Nicky and her team went above and beyond to arrange with the leaseholders and the council about having an indemnity in place on this subdivision in our garden. Nicky and her team are extremely knowledgeable in the local area and the city of Bath itself, which helped a lot with the sale of the property in its shelf while providing excellent customer service between ourselves and the viewers. They are all very professional, approachable and reliable. Nicky also helps us find great licensed conveyancers, surveyors, and any services we need to sell our property and buy another property. I can't recommend these estate agents enough; we will definitely use them again if we want to move.”

Highly recommend for budget stay Pros -Breakfast is also included. - Plenty of parking spaces available - Room is better than most Travelodge/ Premier Inn - lots of storage spaces, there is a study table, chair as well as it's designed for university students - Check in and reception was smooth. Cons - Bed is 3/4 of a King size but it did not matter to us as it's a comfortable bed, many have pointed it as a negative aspect but practically it doesn't matter unless both are very huge adults.”

“I had a helix piercing done by Mike a couple of weeks ago. He was really welcoming, knowledgeable and put me at ease, with no pressure to rush into a decision. The studio was clean and you get the impression no corners are being cut. The jewellery is beautiful, with a range of designs, many produced by Mike himself. The procedure went smoothly and is currently healing well. I don’t know how the price compares to other places but I feel I’ve come away with some lovely jewellery, a sound piercing, decent aftercare advice and peace of mind.”

Any problem no matter how big or small during my time as tenant with them was sorted out (Often first hand!) by Violet straight away - no delays and no hassle. When letting from V-lets you very much feel that they are on your side as much as the Landlords which is often not the case with other letting agents - particularly in high value property areas such as Bath. In addition to being very efficient, polite and hard working I can also say they are great fun to work with and I now actually count Violet as a friend too - how many letting agents can you say that about? “Went in there today (Sunday 16th August 2020) the roast pork belly was absolutely outstanding, some of the best crackling and juicy tender pork I've ever eaten at a pub/restaurant! The gravy was full of rich flavour, the vegetables were cooked to perfection and a great selection too. I really highly recommend this establishment! The food really was top draw, attentive staff too and very well organised and sign posted during these times made the whole experience a real treat, i will be returning and I cant wait to do so! Also the lemon cheese cake with vanilla ice cream was the perfect finisher for this delicious meal!”

“I've been visiting the Pulsa cafe in Brislington since it opened. I'm a regular there meeting up with friends for a cozy natter. It did go down hill for a while but I'm pleased to say its now better than ever. I can happily recommend the coffee, hot chocolate and tea, and I'm a very fussy tea drinker. They even have skimmed milk. Not many cafes can boast that. Their tea cakes are delicious. Over and above the items on sale is the standard of service and cleanliness of the cafe. Its spotless. Also the staff are polite, welcoming and eager to assist. Well done team you're doing a great job!”
