After many struggles with my dental problems I am now being cared for in a kind, understanding, sensitive and professional way. Being understood, not only with dental problems but also with my complex chronic illness I have faith again. Mr Wilson has been in communication with the dental practice I usually attend and also the hospital. All of his staff understand the needs of a disabled patient and are always kind and caring. Also, to be listened to and understood has been a very important part of my treatment plan. The well designed layout of the practice allows easy assess and comfort. “I visited the Southmead A&E on Bank Holiday Saturday and was thrilled by the swift care and attention I received. From the man on reception, polite and understanding, to the nurse taking more details and giving me pain killers, to Dr Karuninyan Vipulendran's careful examination and request for x-rays to the speedy radiologist who took 3 pictures with great attention all most impressive and a tribute to an excellent department. The outcome a leg brace and crutches with a Discharge Summary printed and ready for my collection in just under one hour. Amazing and well done to the whole team.”

“I recently had Botox and WOW fusion with Dr Kathryn, I had quite marked brow lines and had thought about getting botox for a while but was very reluctant to, concerned that it might look unnatural. I decided to go for it and I’m so pleased I did. Kathryn was amazing, she took time to discuss what I was hoping to achieve and my concerns about avoiding a frozen look.
