Julien (the French dentist) was super kind, gentle, told me exactly what he was doing and I cannot be more grateful. His dental assistant is so kind and super reassuring too. “Went for the Festival of Lights 24.12.25 The only things I didnt rate were the Pizza (Undercooked, way too much cheese so made it very greasy and sloppy) and Hot Chocolate or more like hot Oat milk with marshmallows. Otherwise, animals were great, staff were happy and helpful and the venue was very clean and tidy. Second time doing the lights and want to go again next year!”

“Took my sen kids tobogganing was a small group of 8 -10 children. 30 minutes Was alot of money as had marshmallow & Sparklers after. Was a treat . Had fake snow machine which was a surprise. They loved that. All my kids enjoyed Even the little one She did 20 minutes non stop Very unlike her. Was nice to see. tho my children got hyper at the woodland area . You don't do sen only sessions or i would book that . Would recommend I would take my kids back to tobogganing .”

“We shamelessly come here at least once a week and really like it. My 2 year old is happy to play without me in the soft play and the people who run it are always very friendly and professional - they have even offered my little girl a sticker when she was kicking off about wanting a yoghurt to help distract her (2 year olds are brutal!). The toilets are clean and the changing facilities are very good. The food is good - they have a small kitchen but actually do really well considering the space they have and they have a decent, varied menu. Would currently highly recommend the breakfast wrap and it’s great value at just £4.50. I am incredibly grateful that this place exists as I don’t know what we would do if it wasn’t here, it’s become a regular staple in our routine and I hope my daughter continues to enjoy it so I can keep enjoying my coffees while they’re hot!”

“A really good and large play area for children of all ages. There are 3 sections. 1 has the older play frames for the older kids, with tall climbing frames and a large tube slide. There is an area with a swing. There is also an area for the smaller kids, which is newer. There are swings, a smaller play frame, disability swings and a sand area with a ship and small climbing frame. There are plenty of benches in the play areas. There is something for everyone. For crawling babies & toddlers, there isn't much to do other than go on the swings and the seesaw.”

The receptionist was very helpful and strong organised. While I was waiting for my appointment, I observed her highly confident and well organised with not only coming in appointments but also phone calls. She was very initiative and friendly, contacting patients about earlier available slots. I was impressed by her work in my 5 minutes waiting time. My dentist Carolina was amazing in her work, too. She was really professional and detailed. This is my third time visit here, and she remembered that I have very sensitive teeth, being gentle and patient with my teeth. And she followed up with my last treatment, which was like 9 months ago. She gave me advice on daily dental care and mouthwash choices. I must say this branch has an awesome team!”

I did encounter other bugs, but that's because my mother has a habit of leaving the windows open. (really impressive for how old the house is). The garden was really nice and the stay was overall very lovely! I 100% recommend.”
