“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”

“I came here yesterday to buy some leggings, and tried on a few pairs with different sizes and chose the biggest because of the way the flares looked on my legs. At the till, the worker there was the best salesperson i have ever interacted with, she was nice and made comments but not pushy and getting me to buy any more than i wanted. She told me a full rundown on all the services like tailoring and if any stitching comes undone etc, and remembered a thing I mentioned about how the length would be alright as I was using them for iceskating. “This is my favourite shop, you can get lovely gifts and discounted items for anytime year. The staff are always very helpful. The shop is a must go place whilst in Bath for visitors and locals. Gifts from specialist Scottish items to warm clothing and tops and even the odd novelty royalty items. A good range for all to enjoy”

“Excellent service and great choices. Not only are the shoes of great quality but they are very reasonably priced in my opinion. There are different fashion styles for instance Gabor as well as Jones own brand. The staff here in Bath are quite exceptional nothing is too much trouble. They have wonderful personalities and it’s become an event to shop there. I have now bought three pairs of summer sandals and I intend to stay loyal to them.
