“A wonderful place - I can't imagine being in Bath again and not staying here. It's clean, beautiful, and the service is top-notch, unmatched anywhere else. I had a lot of heavy luggage with me, and the staff helped me to deal with it. Plus, there's a beautiful common area that helps you meet some fantastic people!”

“Beautiful well equipped cozy cottage near Cheddar Gorge and the cathedral city of Wells. Owner and host very welcoming and helpful. Very dog friendly with extra towels, bowls etc”

“We stayed for 5 nights. Room was spacious for 3 of us. Breakfast really good. Stuff very friendly. Parking it available outside of the hotel however when we stayed it was very busy so I don't think there was enough parking spaces for all the guests. It's a walking distance to the city centre and petrol station and supermarket are nearby.”

“We were saddened by the loss of their licence, something which we have experienced at other kennels who have, like Phoenix, provided excellent service. We were contacted about the issue and given advice on where to source alternative kennels by them. Cannot fault our experience over the years, sorry that others had a problem but we cannot fault them. Carol bennett”

“A lovely B&B with great facilities. We stayed in the Family room with master bedroom, attached kids room and separate family shower room. The setting was excellent, the owners are very friendly, breakfast was lovely and I would highly recommend to everyone. Andy, Ellen & Boys”

“Glamping at its best. We stayed in a lovely pod. Decor inside was great bed was super comfy. Loved the hot tub the rain didn't put us off. A mirror in the bathroom would have been nice but all in all a great get away and worth a visit”

“Stayed here following our holiday. Very comfortable for the night we were there. You make your own breakfast from a selection of cereals, yought, bars. Tea and coffee making area. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. 5 minutes drive from Bristol airport.”

“We regularly use Whistley for our crazy springer spaniel and he always loves it. They keep him entertained with tennis balls and a paddling pool and he’s always happy to return”

“For the price that I’ve paid, it is worth of money! Kind of Gen Z vibes. Location-wise it is 15-20 mins walk from the train station, and situated at the center of Bath. Breakfast is provided, good enough for me. They charge for the towel, 2.5£ and luggage storage 2£ per bag, but I dont find it an issue as the room price is considered affordable already. The service and staffs are friendly. Love the ambience of the place. I would consider it again if I ever come back to Bath.”

Staff are friendly and helpful; location is ideal, situated only two minutes from campus, with access to numerous cafes and shops on Park Street, as well as the lovely Brandon Hill on your doorstep for a convenient stroll whenever you feel like it. It is also easy to walk into the city centre or Clifton Village.”

“Stayed at the Washington for 2 nights in late October. Very good location in a pleasant area of Bristol and near many shops and restaurants/bars. The city centre is on a frequent bus route but also only about a 15 minute walk away. Great value for money: a full cooked breakfast was included, plus complimentary fruit, tea, and coffee in the room. Room was warm and cosy and beds were comfortable; it was mostly very clean but carpet slightly grubby. Large bathroom with full bath as well as a shower. The hotel staff were great, especially those on Reception: I was checked in by Katya who was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Breakfast room staff also pleasant and friendly but there's maybe a need for another staff member at busy times. Overall, I'd definitely return here and thoroughly recommend it.”

“Perfect if you have an early flight out of Bristol airport. Nothing fancy in the cabin, great location. Pub / food 5 min walk away. 3 miles from the airport.”

“These cottages are modern and have all the features needed for a week stay. The kitchen are great and the showers amazing, big and jets with plenty of water. The entrance is a bit of a surprise it looks like a farmyard garage, but round the corner is good parking and easy access to the rooms. The accessibility is high. There is some motorway noise but its typical of this area Winterbourne, Coalpits heath and Iron Acton.”

“Just had a lovely weekend away, and stay at the Lamp Post Villa. The room was modern with an ensuite shower, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was included in the price: juice, lovely filter coffee, tea, toast, preserves, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit and set you up for a good start to the day. The location was great, only a 10 minute, pleasant walk to the centre. The b&b offers great value, and the host Carmine was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“We stayed in Your Apartment Clifton Village on our visit to Bristol. The place was very easy to find and the instructions to check-in were very straightforward. We appreciated the decor and the overall design and feel of the room we stayed in. The location is also very good as there is a Tesco close by and if you walk a little bit more there is also a coop nearby. For short-term stays i highly recommend Your Apartment but for long-term i don't think I can as their laundry machine and drying machine were not the best. It took us a whole day just to wash and dry a small batch of clothes.”
